- ANDREA (8/5): -
- Sarah (9/5): -
- Elaine Craig (8/5): Great fun, clean and beautifully decorated - Its so magic to stay in a caravan TV digitally trying to connect your account, and then signing out was a nightmare.
Be better to be signed in by the host for basic tv at least.
- Andy (8/5): Cosy and quiet ,very relaxing - Fabulous views ,cosy comfy hut loved the decking area
- manuel (10/5): -
- Robert (7/5): Comfortable and convenient but would have been nice if the advertised sauna worked -
- Daniel (10/5): Amazing Stay, Amazing Location, Amazing Accommodation - Great stay in the shepherd hut. Everything you need for a short stay & incredibly comfy bed! Perfect location for a walk to Stonehenge, plenty of local amenities. Highly recommend Nothing
- Tracy (8/5): - This hut was so gorgeous! The painted ceilings were such a decadent touch! The bed was very comfortable - soft thick bedding. We were warm and cosy all night. Great location for Stonehenge The road noise may be an issue if you're not used to it. I used earplugs and slept like a baby
- Anna (8/5): Nice and practical - Well situated with private parking.
Practical A little cold in this season, heating was a bit capricious
- Tim (8/5): - Great little cabin
- Michael (8/5): -
- Steven (10/5): A very pleasant memorable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend. - Close to Stone Henge and essy to locate with off-road parking & lovely vista. Accomidation was quite, comfortable and pleasant. Without doubt I will visit again. 👍 A pub is across the road, a two minuet walk, serving food etc, very handy and convenient especially after a long drive. Personally, the style of accomidation plus location were spot on, not the usual Travelodge or Day's Inn scenario, more a sense of exclusivity and change from the normal.
- Katherine (10/5): Absolutely beautiful, will definitely be back. - The hut as very clean and the facilities provided were more than adequate. It was very cold we went and a very thick duvet and blankets were provided, along with an extra heater in the room (which had been put on for our arrival) so we were never cold. The view was beautiful and although it is near a road, we weren’t bothered by the traffic and it didn’t disturb the peace. The owners were so helpful and very friendly. Was a lovely little place to stay.
- Michael (8/5): - Good heating, own private toilet and bath, cabin was very cosy Ongoing construction, noisy cars as beside the road, sauna inaccessible as construction rope disables access
- Christina (10/5): - Very comfortable and neat .the owner kept the room preheated , the room was cozy and warm, very friendly staff. Will book this stay again without any hesitation.
- Darren (10/5): We had a lovely couple of days away, the owner was very helpful. - It was comfortable and well equipped Nothing.
- Hannah (10/5): - Cozy feel, warm and inviting. Comfy bed and pillows,. Shower was lovely and staff was very welcoming. Only decaf coffee but i wasn't overly fussed about that as everything else was exceptional.
- Dawn (5/5): Disappointed with site. Very mucky and messy! - Close to Stonehenge and other places to visit. Entrance to field very messy, old TV, microwave, hamster hutch and other detritus. Mucky, no path to hut, no lights, wires in thw ground. Lots of rubbish old wood, upturned seating at side and behind hut.
No Welcome pack, no running g cold water at sink, spiked sink. No bowl, scourer, cloth or two towels. Only two cups and two spoons no other crockery or dishes. One coat hanger for clothes, no hooks to hang coats, one chair, a kettle and that was only electrical. Stonehenge In Jo longer has an association with site so telephone number not much use. No contact with owners, no call or text to see if all was OK. No instructions how to work radiator in shower room so freezing in there. 3mm gap around door to hut that we had to use kitchen towels to block draft.
To be honest I dont think should be open in the winter months as its more.like a building site than what has the potential to be a beautiful place. Disappointed 😞
- Marusya (8/5): - Clean and warm. Very small and muddy, not well lit.
- Kainat (10/5): -
- Melinda (10/5): -
No había enchufe. El ruido de la carretera.
- Sarah (9/5): We absolutely loved the shepherds hut i can highly recommend - Cosy very comfortable bed ,pillows and duvet excellent . Lovely location looking over the fields with swans and geese . The heating was good didn’t feel cold at all.
- sandra (8/5): - n/a
- Chantal (10/5): - Staff were extremely informative, helpful and friendly upon arrival. The site is very easy to commute to (we travelled via bus which stops immediately outside of the site). We stayed in one of the teepee tents and these by far exceeded my expectations - the bed was the most comfortable glamping bed I have ever slept on and the teepee was the cleanest, most presentable and well kept tent I've ever stayed in also.
We enjoyed complimentary croissants and juice cartons for breakfast, sat on one of the wooden picnic benches outside and were greeted by cows across the field. It felt like we had travelled right out into the countryside, not Durrington. So peaceful and relaxing (minor the odd noisy motorbike!).
Highly recommend. My little one and I will be booking to stay here again soon!
- Josephine (7/5): -
- James (10/5): Terrific find loved it - Great accommodation great staff great food
- Jack (10/5): -
- Roslyn (10/5): Huts with magic mattresses - We have stayed in the smaller huts before and these larger ones are just as comfortable, I swear the mattreses are magic, my husband and I difer so much but always both sleep so well here! Was a quick stopover this time due to storm weather en route. Located really well for a303 for our journeys to somerset and cornwall visiting family and friends. Cant wait for the ice bath to arrive and try the sauna, very quickly becoming a favourite place of mine! Bins were a bit full but as they were at the gate most likely collection was due. Didnt realise they was now separate from the pub so parked across road initially. Again, only really an issue due to the weather though.
- Derek (6/5): It was nice and cosy. Having stayed at the pub before, this was nice too. - Cosy and close to where we wanted to go. Easy to find comfortable bed. Sadly WIFI not working. And small puddle of water in the bathroom.
No control of outside light.
- Madoc (10/5): -
- Emmanuelle (7/5): Beautiful cosy stop over for a stonehenge trip. - Location is great, the art work on the ceilings is beautiful.

- Joanne (10/5): - Excellent xx
- Joanne (10/5): - Everything was amazing, couldn't have wished for a better stay ( except for the rain). Will definitely book again
- ARTURRO1 (10/5): Awesome - How close it is to Stonehenge, painting on sealing Mattress defo need replacing
- Michelle (9/5): -
- John (9/5): Lovely stay - Quirky shepherd hut style but lovely views and nice spot , great pub and very close to access Stonehenge
- Michelle (2/5): Upsetting, dissatisfied and disappointed! - Didn’t The mess around the property! Bins and cardboard up against the wall The pictures do NOT match what we actually witnessed, it was a mess. I was so upset, angry and disappointed. Finally, I rang the doorbell twice and a child answered the door. I know it was their son however, they are running a business This seemed so unprofessional
- Carla (8/5): Fab location for a few nights. - Great little site. Mix of glamping and pods. Great showers. Mini sauna. Pub on site and close to local Tesco and petrol station. Close to Stonehenge. Table lights on the pods.
- Alessandro (7/5): -
- Maria trinidad (8/5): Una estancia diferente - La ubicacion La caravana estaba un poco inclinada
- Helen (7/5): Great location, something a bit different, proximity to a main road in summer evenings? - Waking up in the morning with a fabulous view across the English countryside was magnificent.
Great location for the Stonehenge area.
Probably a great stopover for cyclists and back packers. Arriving in the dark and in wet weather to find we couldn't park very near and that there were not enough pegs to hang things on and very little floor space was more of a challenge. If parking was allowed nearer the pods, say in summer, then the lack of storage would not be an issue.
Key point - there were two versions of the wifi log-in code. The correct code is crucial for a successful stay. One letter was upper case in one notice and lower case in another. We did find both notices in the end and worked out which was right but....
- Dave (8/5): All round very pleasant; bed in the tent was sooo comfy with enough room to do what you needed to do. Showers and toilet - Freedom and scenery Barmaid was a tad rude at closing time, sold a beer at 22:50 and said everyone had to drink up at 11pm and leave
- Rebecca (10/5): Quirky, comfortable stay near stone henge - Fantastic location for Stone Henge Nothing
- Roland Arthur (7/5): The pods are cozy. The sunrise view is beautiful. I liked the small sauna. - Sauna Road noise
- James (8/5): Convenient stay, great food and service at the inn. Bed and Wi-Fi were perfect. - I didn’t have breakfast. We had to leave early. Everything was great, no complaints.
- Bev (8/5): -
- Fran (8/5): - So we were originally booked for stone circle clamping but we decided to stay in stonehenge inn was very comfy very good value for money and the food in the restaurant was very nice again very good value for money the rooms are quirky but we would definitely stay here again on a stopover the staff are also very helpful Nothing
- Marie-Luise (8/5): -
- Carole (10/5): Very comfortable. I will definitely do again. - Location was perfect for us and the views from the hut were perfect. The hut was exceptually clean, the bed was comfortable and the bedding crisp, fresh and Snow White. Not a big problem but it would have been good to have a mat to wipe feet after crossing to the toilet block. The floor became wet and messy with the dew.
- Fran (10/5): -
- Roger (10/5): 1 night camping trip - Beds were really comfy, right near stonehenge, the sauna was a really nice touch and the room was warm Wasent to sure where to give the key back when we checked out ad the pub wasent open
- Barry (10/5): -
- John (10/5): Fun and unique stay - Very unique. Very clean. We really enjoyed this stay. Not applicable
- Amalia (10/5): -
- thomas (9/5): -
- Mark (10/5): - Everything just very relaxed 😌
- Gundega (9/5): Great place, location, best bed ever. - The location was great.
I booked it specifically because I had an early morning tour for Stonehenge and had a lovely morning walk from the inn to Stonehenge through morning mist & fields, saw so many deer & hares.
Well, the walk was 1h, but that's nothing to me :D
And other monuments are just ~10 min. walk away.
There's also a pasture of cows right beside it so could have a nice outside meal & look at them munch on grass.
And the best part of it? The bed. Bloody hell that was the best most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Would've been nice if a tea kettle was available to make a hot drink for a cooler evening/morning.
- Joanne (6/5): Pods - The views
The actual pod was good and pillows and bedding was lovely the sauna and toilet facilities were really good The bed was broken and wasnt a kettle or facilities to get a hot drink etc
- peter (9/5): Give it a try, nothing ventured nothing gained in this novelty and varied place. - Novelty, Painting, Clean and easy to use. Food in pub good and fast, staff in pub excellent. Nothing really, if would want to be nit picking traffic noise but the location lead to that, so all in all a good find and will hopefully return.
- Liu (10/5): Felt like being blessed. - View, environment
- Angela (10/5): -
- Catherine (10/5): Thanks so much for your kindness’s - I love walking and camping and stone circles so this was the best of all worlds.
