• Diana (7/5): - Сподобалось розташування, біля центру. Було чисто не вистачає меблів(тумбочка). Не могли підключити Wi-fi, але адміністрація швидко відреагувала на наш запит і потім ми все владнали

• Karolina (5/5): Pokój najlepiej wynająć w ciepłych miesiącach gdyż w zimowych jest po prostu za chłodno w pokoju - Lokalizacja była korzystna niedaleko od centrum. W pokoju było czysto, podstawowe rzeczy w aneksie kuchennym na plus choć brakowało choć jednej patelni i większych talerzy. Pościel czysta łóżko w miarę wygodne. W pokoju nie było ogrzewania jedynie przenośny grzejnik do kontaktu który nie był w stanie ogrzac całego pomieszczenia co w miesiacu lutym wpływa na minus wynajmu w tym miejscu. Z korytarza słychać wszelkie rozmowy i dźwięki.

• Giorgia (10/5): - Camera molto spaziosa, pulita, così come gli spazi comuni. Il self check in e check out sono molto intuitivi, inoltre i gestori sono super disponibili e rispondono molto velocemente. Posizione centralissima a pochi passi dal centro che ti permette di raggiungere qualsiasi meta a piedi. Molto vicini anche trasporti pubblici e piccoli supermarket. Ottimo alloggio per stare qualche giorno a Cracovia, super consigliato

• Oleksandr (1/5): Don’t be fooled by the price. The risk doesn’t worth it. - The location was good and the price was cheap, but that is the only positive thing about this place. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong, damp mold smell. When we looked behind the bed, we found large areas completely covered in black mold. It was right behind where our heads would be while sleeping, which is extremely concerning from a health perspective. We immediately contacted the property manager and explained the situation politely. They said they would send someone to clean it, but nobody ever came. We then contacted Booking support and sent them photos. They tried to reach the property as well but received no response. After following up again with the property, we were told that changing rooms was not part of their policy. This place clearly prioritizes low cost over basic hygiene and guest safety. The conditions were unacceptable.
• TETIANA (4/5): Місто і архітектура міста дуже сподобалися, а от хостел ні, більше там зупинятися не будемо! - Хостел знаходиться в пішій доступності від центра міста. Спочатку не могли відчинити вхідні двері у хостел (не має чіткої інструкції як це зробити), на вхідних дверях не має назви хостела (це нонсенс), коли зайшли в саму кімнату, холод собачій (дуже прохолодно), а більше всього вразило, що в кімнаті немає вішака (жили в кімнаті Н), велике питання до господаря - «куди повісити верхній одяг???), не має ні тумбочки ні шафи, «куди речі класти», постіль вже страшна, невже важко на більш нову змінити, ванна кімнати знаходиться не в номері, треба виходити в коридор, холодно, митися холодно, бо опалення не має зовсім ніде!!!
• Shannon (10/5): - It was a great location. Close enough to the train and bus station to make it easy to get to. Close enough to the old town to walk and not need the tram. It was in a very quiet area so it was easy to rest. The staff kept it nice and clean and were friendly any time we encountered them. We stayed a whole month and really enjoyed our room. Very big rooms. The only thing we didn't like was not having a place to sit or hang out within the room. My only suggestion would be to add some comfy seating to the rooms. The rooms were big enough to accommodate some comfy touches. Otherwise, we liked everything else about the accommodations.
• Mariusz (5/5): - The property is conveniently located and easy to find, and it offers basic accommodation suitable for a short stay. The room was quite cold upon arrival and took a long time to warm up. The wooden flooring is very old and extremely squeaky, with noise carrying throughout the apartment, including the rooms and hallway. The walls are not soundproof, and noise from neighbouring rooms—such as snoring—was clearly audible. The room could also benefit from better maintenance, as there was exposed wiring on the ceiling and visible marks on the walls. Additionally, the cutlery set was incomplete, with one fork missing.

• Amanda (1/5): NÃO ALUGUEM DE FORMA ALGUMA - Nada! Não tem a menor condição de alguém ficar nesse lugar! NÃO ALUGUEM!!! Mesmo que seja só para passar uma noite, NÃO ALUGUEM! Nós fizemos a besteira de crer que não poderia ser tão ruim assim, mas É! *** O prédio é velho, parece um hospital abandonado, as fechaduras quebradas, estouradas e com mau funcionamento, parecia um presídio. O quarto não tem vedação nenhuma, então você consegue ouvir LITERALMENTE tudo o que fazem no banheiro no corredor. Não tive coragem de usar o banheiro, tinha a sensação que poderia ser atacada a qualquer momento. A cozinha não poderia ser chamada de cozinha, existem UMA panela, DOIS garfos e DOIS pratos. Uma piada. Não tem aquecimento, o quarto é extremamente gelado, só havia um aquecedor portátil velho que ao ligar fazia estalos e mau esquentava um cômodo tão alto e tão vazio. Haviam bitucas de cigarro do lado de fora. O quarto é basicamente uma sala de hospital escura e fria que decidiram colocar uma cama no meio e chamaram de acomodação. Não nos sentimos seguros naquele lugar, não passamos nem 20 minutos lá dentro e decidimos alugar outro local. NÃO ME REEMBOLSARAM NEM UM CENTAVO mesmo acionando o suporte e enviando fotos de todos os pontos que citei acima. Pagamos uma acomodação horrenda sem ao menos conseguir usar. As vezes o BARATO SAI CARO!!!!!!
• Žydrūnas (9/5): Worth it - An old flat with a high ceiling, 20m2 area in the room, authentic parquet and a balcony - I truly loved my room. Clean linens, towels and shared spaces. A microwave, a kettle, a waching machine were available. It was also affordable. There were 8 rooms but it wasn't noisy and there were no queues in the bathrooms. I really detest the broken blinds ( a gap in the middle) , and they don't even go all the way down to cover the balcony's doors! Also, there could've been a sink in the kitchenette area but instead you had to use one in the bathroom with a toilet (unhygienic) or on the other side of the flat a different bathroom without a toilet.

• Magdalena (7/5): Posto basic, ma la prox volta cercherò qualcosa più vicino. - Camera spaziosa, letto comodo. Stanza dotata di bollitore, piatti, tazze e posate. Asciugamani inclusi. Zona silenziosa.Bagno pulito. Zabka vicino. Mancava appendabiti , che creava la difficoltà nel posare gli indumenti. Stanza non era particolarmente calda. Coperta era ok, ma cuscini di scarsa qualità. Copricuscini strappati. Non era così distante dalla piazza ma andare più di due volte al giorno diventava impegnativo.

Удобное местоположение В описании не указано, что это 3й этаж(( Для людей с ограниченными возможностями или кто с большими чемоданами это большой минус, особенно когда отсутствует лифт
