- Rafael (7/5): - Ótima localização e estrutura. Tudo muito novo, limpo e bem conservado. Tive problema com uma encomenda. A entrega foi efetuada, recebi a confirmação no e-mail e os recepcionistas disseram que não havia chegado. Insisti, eles “ procuraram” e diziam a mesma coisa. Pedi pra olharem a câmera, pois tinha o horário de entrega. Eles sempre me dizendo que não tinha sido entregue e com má vontade de resolver. E eu iria embora naquela madrugada. Depois de 1 hora de procura e nada, desisti e reportei a Best Buy que o produto não havia sido entregue. Mas já não tinha muito tempo, pois iria embora naquela madrugada. Além de todo o stress, perder tempo, quando vi que não achavam, fui a uma loja e comprei outro relógio. Antes de fazer o check out, perguntei pro recepcionista que estava lá ( era outro) e ele abriu a porta e estava lá. Não sei o porquê os outros não acharam, o que aconteceu..mas achei extremamente desorganizado!!

- Federico (5/5): - El departamento era bastante nuevo y el edificio tiene muchas comodidades El departamento decia que incluía estacionamiento, al llegar nos dicen que no esta disponible y que estacione en un parking que esta a la vuelta, que pague y junte los tickets para que me reembolsen. Consulto por booking con la propiedad y me dicen que estacione correcto y responden a todos mis mensajes rapidamente. Una vez que hago el check out nadie mas responde a mis mensajes para enviar los tickets por USD 50

- Manuela (5/5): Leider aufgrund des schlechten Services nicht zu empfehlen - Wirklich Top ausgestattete Wohnung! Klimaanlage defekt Schlechter Service da es keine Rezeption gibt (der Concierge gehört nur zum Geböude und hatte ebenfalls keine Lust weiterzuhelfen) Das macht keinen Spaß!

- Ana Isabel (9/5): Apartamento nuevo con estupendas amenidades y cerca de todo - La ubicación, el apartamento nuevo y bien equipado, y sobre todo los servicios a los que tuvimos acceso fueron muy buenos: parking gratis, estupendo gimnasio y sala de pilates, zonas de coworking, valet parking y disponibilidad de bicicletas en el edificio, varias y amplias zonas sociales, indoor golf area, estupenda piscina exterior y spa en la azotea, preciosos vistas!, rock climbing wall, cancha de baloncesto y squash, indoor/outdoor bar y zona de lounging Nada

- Charikleia (1/5): - Only the location The rooms are ok and the location but they are not ready yet . When we arrived the staff didn’t know where their parking was located. The first night the whole building run out of water I try to contact them but no one responded to me . Finally at 2:00 am they changed us a room it was absolutely mess the bathroom was dirty no heater to water no shampoo.. we had to go back to the previous room .. The next afternoon they responded to me like nothing happened they were just sorry and I’m still waiting their response for a refund..

La atencion de nommad, pesima tenemos varios problemas dentro de la unidad, dice que el piso es de 500mts en la publicidad lo que es mentira, adicional escribimos solicitando que nos arreglaran los inconvenientes y no dieron respuesta, no tienen respuesta 24/7 y solo dijeron que eso era del dueño y que no tenían acceso. Las ollas para cocinar pésimas se pega todo y no se dejan lavar. No volveríamos a tomar unidades de nomad. Vinieron nos dejaron el telefono encima de la mesa y nunca lo instalaron.

- Lida (10/5): Very nice place with an excellent view. - The staff was excellent, and the host was very kind and easy to communicate with. The space was comfortable and offered a beautiful view. It’s a small place, but perfectly suitable for one or two people. I would definitely stay here again I wasn’t given any instructions ahead of time regarding my apartment or room number, even though I completed the online check‑in. When I arrived, I had a very unpleasant interaction with the valet. Because I didn’t have my room number, he immediately insisted I couldn’t unload there and treated me as if I wasn’t a guest. The way he spoke to me caused a lot of anxiety and made the arrival experience very stressful. For anyone planning to stay at NOMADAs, make sure you get your room number and internet information before you arrive. Also be aware that parking is located a block away. Lastly, the jacuzzi was completely cold, not warm at all which was disappointing.
