Rikki (1/5): They cancelled on my arrival and left me with zero accommodation - They cancelled while I was on the plane to land merely hours before my check-in after confirming days earlier, then said they also had no other residences available to move me to, leaving me stranded in Melbourne during an event where hotels were booked out. Filip (1/5): Just bad: not clean on arrival, unhelpful customer service, creepy checking process - The location within Melbourne CBD is central and convenient. The place was not cleaned when I arrived, with dirty towels on the floor and the previous guest’s bedding on the bed. Even after cleaning, the place had a slightly grimy feel, with stranger hair in the bathroom and faint stains on the carpet. MadeComfy customer service promised a refund as compensation for the place not being clean. It took 10 weeks and multiple follow-up with MadeComfy and Booking.com to finally receive the the refund. The check-in process required uploading photos of my ID and of my face to some external portal not related to Booking.com. This felt creepy and intrusive. MadeComfy customer service was slow to respond. Their responses bordered on aggressive at times, dismissing my concerns, providing incorrect information and repeatedly threatening to cancel my booking. The key needed to be picked up from and returned to a convenience store 2.5 city blocks away. Not convenient when travelling with luggage. Overall, the place was not worth what I paid for it, considering all the hassle. I will never stay here again, and I will avoid other properties managed by MadeComfy.

I believe I should get full refund if I don’t I will be ta - Close to public transport Not much was good to report sorry ,staff were hopeless took 2 days to get my room cleaned it was a mess and the smell was terrible I couldn’t even stay in the place for longer that 30 minutes at a time. It wasn’t cleaned from last person that stay there I couldn’t have a shower or sleep in the bed which made a difficult stay. I was at work the 2nd day and I was told I have to go back to let the cleaners in because they didn’t have a key to get in which I waited 2 hours for them to turn up so unprofessional which made me work a lot longer that day. I was told the wrong information about the key pick up time .
