• Patricia (7/5): Had a good stay, people were great. Walking distance to everything. - Location was great, very spacious room, comfortable bed. Person looking after us was great, extremely helpful. There was no outside window which made it a bit strange. Also had problems charging the phones, seemed like an outlet would only work for a while then had to change phones to another outlet.

• JT (8/5): Great spot for a more local, Naples feel. - The staff was very hospitable and helpful throughout. The property is in a good location, near shopping, a major train station, and tourist attractions without being too in the mix. The space was more than adequate!
• Samanta (7/5): Bien, pero con algunos peros - Cerca de lo importante para visitar, con pequeña cocina, el wifi funcionaba bien, camas y almohadas cómodas, aire a condicionado bueno, limpieza correcta, dueño amable. No había ningún tipo de cobertura dentro de la habitación, el acceso a la misma es complicado (aunque en la web ya indican que hay que subir escaleras, no sabíamos lo empinadas que iban a ser), en el baño olía mucho a tubería, suponemos que es por el edificio, no por falta de limpieza del alojamiento en sí. El acceso a la calle en la que está el alojamiento nos generó inseguridad, aunque esa zona de Nápoles daba esa sensación en muchas de sus calles. Mucho ruido de los vecinos, y perro ladrando por la noche.
• MARC (5/5): Enorme manque de réactivité - Le logement est proche du métro et du port. Malgré plusieurs message nous sommes arrivés à 7h30pm donc bien après l'heure du début du check in et nous n'avions toujours pas les codes pour accéder au logement. Nous avons du chercher pour avoir de l'internet et attendre pratiquement 1h pour recevoir les codes. Pas cool surtout après un long voyage de plus de 27h pour nous !!!!!!

• Lucia (10/5): Esperienza stupenda - Posizione ottima si raggiungono facilmente tutti i punti di interesse, 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, molto comodo supermarket vicino è buoni bar sempre vicino per la colazione. Fast check in e check out, host molto disponibile, abbiamo chiesto un cambio lenzuola e asciugamani il secondo giorno e ci ha subito accontentato. Stanza pulita, posto confortevole e tranquilla. Ci ritorneremo Purtroppo come si legge dalle recensioni in certi momenti della giornata sale un odore sgradevole dal bagno, tutto superabile comunque

• Sara (8/5): - Camera ampia, dotata di letto comodissimo e condizionatore. Bagno nuovo e ben fornito. La struttura ha un facile e sicuro accesso anche grazie ai codici forniti dall’host. La struttura dovrebbe dotarsi di un armadio e un piccolo bagno di servizio da utilizzare come deposito e necessità per gli ospiti in arrivo e partenza.

The stuff suggested leaving our luggage in the common zone at the day of departure, it was very nice of them. No kitchen hood and very poor ventilation. Even when you fry eggs the smell stands for a long time. Poor sound insulation - neighbours' parrots, dogs, doors slamming all night. Only one cotton blanket for two people.

• Aida Jan (9/5): Perfect! - Everything was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spacious enough, very clean, and well-organized. The bed was comfortable, and the small kitchenette had all the essential dishes and utensils — everything you need in one place. The bathroom was also spotless and beautifully designed, with everything looking brand new. The location of the apartment couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Naples, with everything within easy reach. The host was exceptionally helpful and polite, responded to all our questions, gave useful tips, allowed early check-in, and even checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly recommend this place and rate it very highly. Thank you and best of luck! The only downside was a smell coming from the drain, but the bathroom fan took care of it fairly quickly. Of course, this is not the host's fault — just like the occasionally noisy neighbor in the mornings. But after all, this is Naples, with all its charm and authenticity!

• Martin (10/5): - Other then the issue with the pincode for the main door, we had no other problems the apartment. It was easy for us to locate it. Only a minor issue with the provided pincode, which didn’t work. When we attempted to contact the owner, we discovered there was no 5G coverage (Orange Travel eSIM) outside the main door. We had to walk away to get a signal and reach the owner, who then gave us a new pincode that worked and allowed us to enter through the main door.

A localização é excelente, super central, o que me permitiu explorar Nápoles com muita facilidade. Tudo fica perto – transportes, restaurantes, pontos turísticos – mesmo a pé. O espaço é moderno, muito bem equipado e com uma decoração de extremo bom gosto. A cama era super confortável – dormi lindamente – e a casa de banho tinha um duche fabuloso, daqueles que nos fazem começar o dia com o pé direito. Nota-se mesmo o cuidado em cada detalhe. O António, o anfitrião, foi absolutamente fantástico. Sempre disponível, prestativo e atento a tudo o que precisei – senti-me mesmo bem recebido. A sua simpatia e profissionalismo fizeram toda a diferença na minha experiência. Sem dúvida, recomendo a 100% e espero voltar em breve! Nada a apontar!

• Guest (10/5): Heel veel voor weinig! Top appartementen. - Gloednieuw appartement voorzien van alle benodigdheden en super schoon. Het bed lag onwijs lekker en de (regen)douche was heel fijn! Op loopafstand van het centrum van Napels. Het enige dat wij ons kunnen bedenken was dat er beneden in het complex een hond verbleef die helaas niet stopte met blaffen. Ook is er geen raam om uit te kijken, wel een groot kiepraam voor de nodige ventilatie.

• Laurent (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Naples dans un studio très bien fait - Emplacement idéal pour visiter Naples à 2 minutes de la station Duomo (proche de l'arrêt Alibus pour l'aéroport). Immeuble sécurisé avec 3 digicodes (porte de l'immeuble, porte des logements, porte du logement). Les propriétaires sont joignables très facilement et répondent à vos questions rapidement et vous conseillent aussi sur des restaurants aux alentours si besoin. Très bonne literie, salle de douche très agréable (pression de l'eau et eau bien chaude), wifi haut débit, cuisine bien équipée et taille du logement très appréciable. Très belle hauteur sous plafond avec poutre. Très propre et entretenu. Photos réalistes. De nombreux commerces à proximité. Le prix est très raisonnable pour la qualité. Peu de choses : un grille pain (pour ceux qui aiment le pain grillé, je ne petit déjeune pas) voire un mini four (pour réchauffer un plat) mais ce n'est qu'accessoire pour un court séjour. La stanza era spaziosa, luminosa e soprattutto pulitissima — un dettaglio che ho davvero apprezzato. L’arredamento curato e l’atmosfera accogliente mi hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Ideale sia per chi visita Napoli per la prima volta che per chi la conosce già e vuole godersi la città da una posizione strategica. Consigliatissima!

Bellissima🏠 - Camera ampia e confortevole, arredata in stile moderno e con angolo cucina dotato di tutto il necessario, dal bollitore alla doppia piastra a induzione. Una menzione speciale al letto matrimoniale, non avevo mai provato un materasso così comodo prima d'ora. Infine la posizione centralissima la rendono davvero la camera perfetta per soggiornare e visitare la zona del centro storico che ho trovato deliziosa, immersa nella tradizione e nei vicoletti caratteristici di Napoli.
• IULIIA (7/5): Иногда боялись выйти из дома... - Это совершенно новый гостевой дом, а значит там абсолютно всё чистое и новое. Удобная большая кровать. Замечательный кухонный уголок, где всё предусмотрено для приготовления завтрака. Чистая сантехника. Расположение достаточно удобное. Можно пешком добраться до железнодорожного вокзала, до многих достопримечательностей, остановки автобуса до аэропорта. Менеджеры всегда на связи. Это бесконтактное заселение, и все его минусы в этом случае присутствовали. Когда мы заселялись и вводили код ( а это нужно делать три раза на трёх дверях) всё работало отлично и быстро. Но на следующий день нам показалось, что система не срабатывает, входная дверь в сам гостевой дом не открывается. Плюс мобильный интернет в самом подъезде тоже плохо работает. Вышла на улицу, написала Фабио. Он прислал новый код. Но - опять - увы! Оказалось, что система просто стала медленно срабатывать. Необходимо было ждать несколько минут, когда дверь откроется. Мне приходилось запускать изнутри и других жильцов, которые тоже из-за этого не могли попасть в гостевой дом. Вероятно, надо было изначально предусмотреть альтернативу с обычными ключами. В общем, нам пришлось изрядно понервничать. Ну и надо иметь виду, что окна в номере выходят во внутренний дворик, на балкон самого дома, а не на улицу.

• Serena (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Gestore molto cortese e disponibile. La struttura si trova in un tipico palazzo napoletano ed è dotata di tutto. Appartamento leggermente rumoroso a volte e con scarsa illuminazione naturale per come è strutturato.

Locali puliti e disponibilità a farci lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out per un ultimo giro di Napoli nell'attesa del treno. La mancanza di una finestra, sia in bagno che nella camera. Sarebbe utile avere anche un micro onde, visto che a 50m c'è un bel supermercato e una macchinetta del caffè con capsule al posto della moka.
• Giovanni (9/5): Una soluzione perfetta per visitare il centro e trascorrere un paio di giorni in città. - L'appartamento è vicino al centro e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione. Lo staff che gestisce l'appartamento è gentile e molto disponibile. La struttura è comoda e perfetta per qualche giorno di vacanza in città. La camera era pulita e tutto funzionava perfettamente.

• Paola (10/5): - Abbiamo fatto un viaggio dì 4 giorni a Napoli con 3 amiche e abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura Nuovissima ,sono 3 locali pulitissimi compresi di ogni confort, letto comodissimo e il topper fa la differenza, cuscini a scelta , camere insonorizzate e palazzo silenzioso, zona centralissima,sicurissima e molto tranquilla a due passi da bar ,tabacchi, negozzi e da tutte le zone d'interesse, l'host Fabio è stato super gentilissimo sin dall'inizio ,presentissimo per oggi nostra richiesta( anche di Domenica) torneremo sicuramente!!! Consigliatissimo!!!!! Tutto perfetto
