• Peter (4/5): Budget accommodation if you’re not looking for comfort or relaxing. - The location in relation to the city. Facilities and cleanliness. The decor is minimalistic and tired, not homely nor inviting, poor state of repair such as curtains separating marks on lounge and carpets, there was a horrible musty smell in bathroom, coffee pods provided but no coffee machine, instant tea provided but no instant coffee, no luggage storage, a used dental kit was left in the bathroom cupboard, toilet seat was left unclean brown marks on the seat, possibly faeces, no washing powder yet washing machine provided, and only 1 drinking glass provided.
• Sittichai (10/5): This property is perfected for me. - Entire are very good. No reception to support in case of need.
• Louise (1/5): Disasterous - Nothing We were unable to stay at property as keys were lost to accommodation. We were stranded in Melbourne at 5pm on a Friday without accommodation. Management were no help. I was in an Ezymart for several hours arguing with Comfyshare over how to get a key. We will never consider this accommodation again
• Rajoo (3/5): lot of messages from comfy but less actions - There was no wifi for 2 days and dish washer never worked , I was told several times that someone will come to inspect but never came. To my detriment I waited by compromising my outings and had to buy additional accessories and liquid soap to wash the dishes.
• Zixin (1/5): Low quality and uncomfortable - We booked a 9-day stay and ended up leaving 4 days early. We were told before arrival that the washing machine was not functional and would not be fixed until after we leave. We requested either (a) fix it; (b) relocate us to another property or (c) partial refund. And of course we were told non was possible. The exhaust fans' buttons were greasy, and the hot water has such a small capacity that it runs out in about 3 minutes. The soundproofing is so horrible that you can hear every single noise made by the trams. The bed and the couch were both uncomfortable The duvet on the bed was extremely thin and inappropriate for winter - in fact, not even appropriate for summer. First they told us "there's nothing we can do", then offered to reimubser a blanket. We left 4 nights early. They offered a "carefully calculated" refund, of 3% on our overall stay. It's supposedly processed and I'm supposed to chase Booking.com for it, but of course, Booking.com keeps ghosting me and two weeks later, NOTHING has shown up so far.
