- Debbra And Don (1/5): Horrible hotel room - We left the bext morning due to the large roaches, unfinished bathroom/shower, and tonail clippings in the carpet. I have been trying to get my money back for the fours days that I did not stay! Dirty bugs unfinished shower
- Anna Jo Rogers (10/5): - Great location for traveling through the area. Close to the outlet mall. Breakfast was good.
- Charles (2/5): -
- Charles (3/5): You can do better. - The patto. no smart tv.,the couch had spots on it ,the bedding was not clean you could smell weed all in the hallways. The pool furniture was torn to sheds ,the bed was very uncomfortable. The ice machine on my floor didn't work.

- David (9/5): Great place to stay - The location the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the pool and courtyard are beautiful and well maintained. Great shower, the sliding glass doors and the water pressure. But, there was no place to set anything in the shower, no hooks at shelving for soap or whatever you need. But is was clean and I quickly got over the no hooks or shelves.
- Tanguay (8/5): Parfait pour un arrêt un soir - Emplacement Vieux mais propre, en rénovation
- Tom (8/5): Pet Friendly hotel close to shopping and the airport - I needed to be out of my apartment for a week while work was being done on the hallway. And, I needed a place to bring my older pet. The hotel was able to accommodate us. I loved the fact that the room had no carpeting which lessened the chance anything would be damaged or covered in pet hair. The room I requested was a suite. It had a huge amount of space as well as a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool. They also had a buffet which had a good selection of choices. My only problem was that the hotel did not have an elevator and we were on the second floor. Other than that all was terrific
- Meghan (8/5): Good spot in a pinch - Price point fit what it had to offer. Pool area was beautiful. Continental breakfast was perfect! Sheets were a bit itchy. AC in the room was not a steady temp. Shower was a bit dirty around the edges. The vending machine spat out whatever it wanted instead of what I pressed for.
- Jessica (1/5): Don’t be fooled by new furniture it’s lipstick on a pig - - Convenient to highway and staff were nice
- Furniture in room was new - Room smelled horribly of cigarettes that led to an asthma attack
- bathroom door didn’t close
- though furniture was new, the walls were dirty and not updated at all it looked like a very run exterior with
- doors were old and broken to the exterior
- prostitution in parking lot
- people living in the hotel
- Virginia (10/5): I am trying to book another visit now. This will be my spot now - I loved the pool area. I loved everything. The best thing was the breakfast. The guy Saun or Sawn idk how he spelled it but he makes omelettes and he is very nice and his mood makes it a nice time Nothing

- Karen (4/5): - Location was good but so run down and dirty. Dirty windows, balcony and overall condition.

- suber (2/5): Need to make sure everything is good before the guests arrive - The location No hot water
- David (4/5): I see why the cost was very low. It was not worth it. - Large room
Good breakfast Old and only partially updated. The worst bed I have ever slept in-totally sank to middle.
No hot water in evening.

- Patricia (10/5): - The pool area was very nice and stayed open so we could enjoy a glass of wine. Music was playing until 11 and they offered to play any genre that we wanted!
Breakfast was nice with an omelette station.
- GINNETTE (7/5): -
- jewel (5/5): - Location was great. Hotel needs a lot of updating. Rust stains in the bathroom.
- alicia (10/5): - Everything was wonderful. Shamar & Shaun A were both fabulous!! Room was clean, bed comfy & it was all great!! It says Cottonwood Suites in the sign, My reservation was with Clarks Inn & there was another name on GPS. That was slightly confusing.
- Leianne (7/5): It was ok for the price - The location was good and the property was clean It smelled a little bit in the hallway
- Polacik (10/5): THE ROOM VERY GOOD BECAUSE STAY EXTRA NIGHT -
- Quyen (8/5): Good value! The Staff is very helpful - Right off the I95 so it’s convenient for an overnight stay. The room is spacious. Despite setting the AC to a lower temperature, the room didn’t cool down to a comfortable level, especially during the night.
- Brianna (3/5): - Staff was nice was so outdated/poorly renovated
- Robert (9/5): -
- Takiyah (5/5): You get what you pay for. - Location Room, appliances/equipment old and rusty. Water ice cold in the morning when trying to take a shower.
- Brandon (2/5): This hotel is disgusting. - The staff refunded our money without hesitation. The staff did not try to argue or disagree with us about our complaints. The hotel room was disgusting. Our room smelled of mold, the bed floor runner had visible signs of mold and it felt very unsanitary. There were hand prints all over the paintings above the bed that appeared to be made during sex but were left uncleaned. After paying for the room we went inside and didn't even bother to unpack. We took pictures and inspected the bed for mold/bed bugs. We felt it was so unsanitary we didn't bother to keep looking around and we went back to the front desk to ask for a refund. The lady at the front desk told us the manager would refund us in the morning but that she could not do so at that time. This was near midnight and my family (with two kids) had to scramble to find a new hotel as we refused to sleep there. To their credit they did refund us but the ratings on the booking.com website for this hotel seem like they may be faked by the owner or their friends as this hotel deserves horrible reviews. I have stayed at lower rated hotels at booking.com and have had no issues in the past (this one had a user review of 9.2 at the time). So we are not your typical complainers who are "too good" for this hotel or nitpicking. This hotel should be removed from booking.com ASAP.
- David (4/5): Not a welcoming facility. But clean and inexpensive. - Price and condition of room Hotel is an old conference center. Large noisy activities were going on during my stay which affected parking, noise and access. The restaurant on site is Korean which is not what I desired.
- Joseph (5/5): Some updates and improvements are needed but the location was good. - The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The water pressure in our room (room 125). It was very poor in the shower, sink and toilet.
- Heather (6/5): There was potential, but it's cheap enough and clean - The price was good. If you didn't look too close, everything seemed updated. The omelet station and the chef were great additions! I liked the water stations.I liked the decorations as well. I should have been informed that the hotel was under major renovations prior to booking. The renovations are executed very poorly. Unmatching paint colors slapped on the walls poorly. The breakfast has potential, but it was cold and they ran out of coffee. I would've liked some fruit as well.
- Daniel (7/5): Great place to stay. Just not the best free breakfast - Room was decent bed was comfy staff was nice The breakfast wasn’t that great.
