• Georgia (6/5): Pleasant - it was a nice location with great potential for a wonderful stay We had a pleasant stay but I do have some constructive feedback. 1) We were not informed throughout our booking process that there was construction happening on the building next door. The operation of cranes disrupted our view and the noise of the works all of Saturday and Monday strongly spoiled our relaxation in the unit and any opportunity we had to sleep in. It also meant we could not enjoy the fresh air or sea breeze as the noise was unbearable through open windows or balcony doors and also echoed through the walls with all windows and doors closed as works were being completed directly infront of the unit. 2) There was little option for television entertainment as the tv only had basic tv channels and no option for streaming services or paid tv channels to enjoy shows outside of cooking/news/the olympics. It would be nice to add a google chrome cast or fire stick or some other option for guests. The remote was also sticky and the labels on the buttons were worn down making it hard to tell what controlled what, and it was also misleading as there was a YouTube button but the TV did not allow for YouTube or other streaming services. 3) The drains in the ensuite shower and main bathroom sink were clogged. This made it awkward to wash our hands or bathe without having to time the water to ensure we didn’t flood anything. 4) Whilst we were happy to pay early check in / late check out fees, $99 is an exorbitant price given the disruption caused by the construction and the lack of a room service option or tv entertainment. If we were to stay in a hotel there would be either no fee at all or a small fee of $20. It was disappointing to hear of such a high cost required by made comfy/the owner for just a few hours stay - the cost works out to be more expensive per hour than rebooking another night!
• Melissa (9/5): Nice apartment, great views, key collection is offsite from the apartment building. - The views are excellent from the balcony of the ocean, and the bedrooms also have views of the hinterland out to the west. The apartment had everything we needed and it was a comfortable stay for the weekend. The key collection point is at a different address to the property, its about a 5-10 minute drive away from the apartment building. This wasn't so bad as I had a car, but if you were travelling on public transport or taxi, this could be a big inconvenience.
• Janine (10/5): Incredible ocean views - The uninterupted ocean view was incredible and the apartment was very comfortable. Free secure parking was available. There isn't anything to not like about this 24th floor apartment.
• Munro (7/5): Good - Great location Very confusing instructions both to get keys and drop them off. Bed is very uncomfortable. Would also liked to be informed about cranes and night works right out our window blocking view.
• Sarah (8/5): Very good - Amazing location, ocean views, facilities, ground floor cafe, rooftop entertainment areas and manicured gardens, spacious and modern unit. No allocated unit parking so a new spot each time, Construction site noise and crane in daytime but ocean view and waves crashing on the beach noise was really amazing
