The spa was amazing at the end of a big day. The host was a lovely lady and extremely accommodating. The room was cozy and comfortable. The pillows were hard and thin and the bed was very hard.

- Renate (9/5): Der Strand ist über der Straße entfernt, sicherlich für viele wichtig! - Wir waren mit den Rädern unterwegs, die wir ebenerdig problemlos auf einer der beiden überdachten Terrassen unterstellen konnten, das war goldwert. Die Besitzerin, Libera, hat uns am einzigen Regentag sogar mit dem Auto ins 3 km entfernte Vieste gebracht, eine besonders nette Geste! Die Unterkunft - wie allerdings auch klar angegeben - hat kein Wohnzimmer, bei Schlechtwetter könnte das problematisch sein.

- palumbo (10/5): Per un soggiorno in riva al mare😍😍 - Se dovessimo scegliere un solo luogo dove tornare… sarebbe sicuramente Villa Latino a Vieste! Immaginatevi svegliarvi, aprire la tenda e avere lo splendido mare davanti a voi, la spiaggia a due passi, una terrazza privata dove gustare un caffè all’alba. Tutto questo è possibile qui.  La struttura è dotata di un bel giardino, zona barbecue, parcheggio privato gratuito — comodità che rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole se avete un’auto o siete in famiglia.  Le camere (o appartamenti) sono moderne, ben tenute, con cucina/angolo ristoro, frigorifero, terrazza e in alcuni casi vista mare. Il tutto in una cornice rilassata e curata.  Infine: la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale sono da 10 e lode. Un ringraziamento speciale per averci fatto sentire a casa. Un soggiorno che non dimenticheremo e che consigliamo vivamente!

- Anna (1/5): Jesteśmy strasznie rozczarowani, czuliśmy sie jak intruzi a zapłaciliśmy jak za hotel ze śniadaniem - bliska lokalizacja plaży i parking przy posesji . Ale to koniec miasta i wszedzie daleko a wyjazd przy samym zakręcie mało bezplieczny. 1. apartament był w narożniku posesji, bez widoku za to z dymem palonych liści, bez słońca. Pomimo awarii prądu i niedogodności przez kilka godzin nie dostaliśmy, żadnej rekompensaty chociażby w postaci rezygnacji z pobrania 8 euro podatku. Brak czegokolwiek w kuchni, - dwa widelce, dwa noż. Przez miesiąc podróżowaliśmy po całych Włoszech łącznie z Sardynią i mieliśmy juz obraz tego co możemy oczekiwać w tej cenie po sezonie. Zaznaczyliśmy, że przyjedziemy z trzema psami - terierami i nikt nam nie powiedział,, ze pani właścicielka posiada kilkanaście wolnochodzących kotów, które syczały na nasze psy a mnie drapnął gdy próbowałam przy pakowaniu schować torbe z jedzeniem. Jestem po przeszczepie, bez odporności a koty na 100% nie sa szczepione. Nasze psy to myśliwska rasa nie było zatem szans by przebywały z namai na tarasie bo zaraz goniły koty. Taka mają nature a koty bezczelnie przylaziły. Ponadto właściciele od 7 rano zachowywali się bardzo głośno mieszkając nad nami, szurali krzesłami, robili jakieś remonty czy porządki po sezonie, zapominając, że jeszcze przyjeli gości i wzięli za to pieniądze. Instalacja w toalecie jest tak głośna jak na promie - obudzi każdego. Personel mało sympatyczny - mieli niemal pusty obiekt a był problem, żeby postawić i auto i motocykl więc auto stało na sąsiedniej posesji za bramą, która każdy mógł otworzyć. Na pożegnanie - nieco się opóźnialiśmy z wyjazdem - pokój opuściliśmy 10.20 ! pani powiedziała nam o 9.40, że mamy 40 min na opuszczenie bo musi sprzątać i nam policzy kolejną dobę, wynieśliśmy zatem wszystko koło samochodu i pakowaliśmy w pośpiechu odganiając sie od głodnych kotów. Jestem osobą słabowidzącą co powiedziałam na początku gdy pani nas przywitała - nie po to by wzbudzić litość ale wyrozumiałość. Pani nas pilnowala z pakowaniem a na sam koniec zniknęł. Sprawdzałam booking na drugi dzień - apartament byl wolny. Można było inaczej zakończyć nasz pobyt niestety wrażenie zostało negatywne. Lokalizacja - wszedzie daleko.

- Harald (10/5): - Gebucht das Appartement (Familienwohnung) parterre Südseite. Die Lage ist top, die Ausstattung für Selbstversorgung gut. Nähe zur Altstadt Vieste mit Fahrrad oder Scooter perfekt. Strand und gutes Restaurant in 30m Entfernung. Parkplatz überdacht auf dem Unterkunftsgrundstück. Die Betreiberin ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hundefreundlich! Hund sollte allerdings kein Problem mit den vielen Katzen auf dem Gelände haben.

- Fabio (8/5): - Die Lage der Villa ist wirklich nahe am Meer, ein Hüpfer über die Strasse und man hat einen kilometerweiten breiten Strand vor sich. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man brauchte. Leider hatten wir das Pech, das wohl ungünstigste Zimmer, Lage mässig, zu erhalten. Es hatte eine Art Veranda, die aber vollkommen mit Holz eingekleidet war und man nur durch Schlitze raussehen konnte. Was wohl verhindern sollte, dass alle Hausbewohner und Gäste, beim Frühstück uns auf den Teller sehen könnten.

- Michaela67 (7/5): Zweckmäßig und nah am Strand - Direkt am Meer, Vieste ist fussläufig erreichbar, safe Parking und es war wirklich nicht teuer. Unterkunft liegt an der Straße, bis 00.00 Uhr sitzen Gäste mit Musikbox im Garten, auch spät ankommende knallen ihre Autotüren, gegen 04.00 Uhr kommt die Müllabfuhr und ab 07.00 Uhr rollen wieder die ersten Trolleys und die Gastgeberin bringt kurz darauf ihre Töchter zur Schule. Alles kein Drama, aber nicht wirklich ruhig.

- Arleta (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing, just across the street from the beach close to cafes and restaurants. Parking was easy in the inner yard of the property. The owner was very kind and welcoming. We were able to come with our dog. The bed was very hard. The water pressure in the evenings was really bad. The jacuzzi tub in our room was leaking.

Never could clarify the WiFi password, but have to take some responsibility for that since I did not speak Italian and the owner did not speak English. Only able to find one waste basket in kitchen-would be nice to have a small one in bathroom also.

In the night is quiet - Location is super good So many homeless cats in the night, because we have dog, made our dog was super nervous and almost got a scratched by one of cats. and we ate at terrazza, came more than 10 homeless cats, we have to use water to push them aways.

- Andy (10/5): A little gem in Vieste - The Room was a really good size. The Aircon worked really well. The jacuzzi was great. Secure parking was a bonus. The location is just right, directly opposite the beach with a really good restaurant within a couple of minutes walk. The main town is about 2 Kms down the road so it was relatively quiet but with easy access to main facilities. Two petrol stations on the strip.The hostess was really helpful and always smiling. We felt like nothing was too much trouble for her. Nothing negative about our visit

- Vee (10/5): Perfect stay at the beach close to old town Vieste - Beautiful spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and shiny, with all amenities included for a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right in front the beautiful beach and only a few minutes away from Vieste old town. The owners are extremely lovely, welcoming and were available at all times for support and tips. I would come back here anytime! Everything was perfect, especially for that price quality ratio!
- Aleksandra (5/5): Not recommended - The localisation was OK, near the see. You can park a car in front of the building. The apartment was more or less clean. The photos doesn't show the real look of room. The room was old - old furnitures, old kitchen with old stuffs. For me not comfortable to use it - a little bit disgusting. The room was quite small - even no space for bags. The bathroom was renovated but with many ants - had to clean whole shower firstly...

Big private tarrace in fron of apartament. Super nice garden with bunch of cats and turtles. 5-10min with a car from Vieste center. Other nice beaches around reachable with seaside road with nice view. Monte Sant’Angelo and San Giovanni Rotondo as must see within 50km. A bit small apartament with super small kitchen in corridor. Not much place to live in apartament.
