Indrek (4/5): By no means, stay away from this property. - Location of the property. Keyless access to the property (code uses access). The size of the apartment. Besides the location and size of the apartment, there really was not anything to highlight. This place should not be rented out. It looks good in the pictures, but that is about it. I just want to be clear that this is NOT the case with other rentals in Puerto Vallarta. I have been in this beautiful town 20+ times. For example, rentals just around the corner of this one, in Playa Los Mortos, and a few others in the area are a dream compared to this one. I was just late booking and decided to try out. The place is so humid that the clothing, your documents (passport), and everything you bring in get soaked. The A/C is inadequate and needs replacement; it barely reaches down to 26 °C, and when one turns it off, the room temperature soon rises again. The insane humidity (an improper dehumidifier, A/C) has taken a toll on the property walls, and one can see the paint peeling off from the walls in the living room, and the actual mold in the corner of the bathroom towel rack (right under). Shower head needs replacement. I took pictures, so I can share those if needed. There is no closet space for clothing, rather a dirty clothing rack that has not been cleaned or disinfected properly. The hosts were particularly unfriendly. Anything I ask (replace towels every other day) or if the dryer is on the premises, one gets threats to read 'policies' and ptential or receiving fines (never happened to me). At the end, they sent me a door mat replacement payment weblink ($11)??!! If the place is next to the beach and one stays 4 nights, the mat can get sandy. It seems clients should also wash mats at the end of the stay. This is so absurd and redicioulus so I had to write about it and warn other renters. I actually cleaned the place, which I never had to do in other places.
