• Natalie (8/5): - Great location apartment was well set up with everything you could need and want to cook and wash The wheelie bins were full from previous visitors the flys were bad everytime you walked in and out front door.We googled bin day and put them out but they need a good clean the smell was bad even after being emptied.The back patio needs to be pressure cleaned slip hazard they are black when it rained slippery.We had to wash all the pots and pans before we used them as well.Just generally who ever is cleaning the beautiful apartment needs to vacuum and mop out properly as feet get black when walking around apartment.Lots of dust under couches.We loved our stay and between 3 females we made it clean and comfortable for our stay.Just felt sorry for the owner thinking the apartment is spotless.Some new pillows and couple more blankets as it getting cold wouldn't hurt.Would absolutely stay there again though just take some extra products to start with.

• Tracey (9/5): Exceeded expectations, spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect location for Entertainment Centre - Perfect location for our group because we were attending a concert at the entertainment centre. The unit was clean and comfortable and spacious enough for the 6 of us. The two bathrooms were welcome. Having toiletries and a hairdryer provided was a bonus too. Pillows are not comfortable and the TV remote was broken which made streaming difficult. Better directions to the Unit. Both vehicles went to the wrong address. Stress that the street address is 79and NOT 61. The unit is 61. There was a lovely lady at No. 61 who directed us to the complex - she gets disturbed all the time.

• Quinton (5/5): Passable - pillows were the best part full bins out the front door with loads of flies. upstairs stank like piss. urine like stains on the couch. really hard to park car in garage with all the cars parked on the Ally. dust and feather pillows on the couch set off my asthma.

• Douglas (5/5): Will be trying somewhere else next time - There was a washing machine, although we didn’t need/use it. No remote for the garage roller door combined with an internal garage/ house door that didn’t lock as well as cctv camera on the front door. Could not secure our valuables knowing someone else had full access and monitored our arrival and departure. Fridge did not cool drinks even after 2 days. No parking for our second car even on the street, very condensed living. Zero flexibility on check out times
• Pradeep (4/5): Once bitten.....twice shy. - Not much. The kettle, toaster and microwave perhaps.The good air flow across the house. Close to shops and restaurants. Poor quality appliances and devices. Garage remote was not working. Bedside lamp in second bedroom was not connectable to the socket. The ice trays were broken. The fridge, washer and dryer were of very flimsy quality. The booking was for 5 people and yet, there were only 4 coffee pods and sachets and one conventional tea bag. The location of electricity sockets is poor. One sometimes comes across a property constructed with heart and with few expenses spared, this one has had few expenses incurred. I had requested a shower chair on the day I made the booking. I got a phone call on the day before we left to let me know that it would not be available. At 800+ dollars a night, it was priced too high for what was provided.
