Cooper (4/5): Great location. Get better management. - Location. 1) No hot water on arrival. MadeComfy promisd to arrange someone to come have a look, which didn't occur. I was able to find the centre's maintenance man who fixed the hot water 18 hours after complaining to MadeComfy. 2) I had to pick up/drop off the keys from a tobacco shop 600 metres from the property. We delayed our departure until the tobacco shop was advertised to open at 9am ... except the shop was closed. I waited until 9:30 before returning to the unit and leaving the keys in the room. 3) I had to buy batteries for the remote. There was no remote for the 2nd TV. There were only 4 plates, bowls, cups, etc. Fine for a couple, but not more than 2 people ESPECIALLY when there was not adequate detergent supplied to wash the dishes daily. 4) No instructions on what parking bay to use. We were told off by centre management for parking in the wrong bay, but he apologised after we explained no one provided the correct instructions.
