• Emmy Adams (8/5): - Great location, close to beach and shopping. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our family. Really nice home, great pool and outdoor facilities. There was sand in some of the beds, food and other marks on the walls, the TV didnt work and there cockroaches. It was quite over priced for what it is.

• Amelia (1/5): A stressful and disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness and disorganised management. - The only positive aspect of the property was the pool, which was clean and well maintained. The property was extremely unclean on arrival, with hair, dirt, and dust across the floors, sand in the bed, dust on most surfaces, and dead cockroaches in the fridge and on the windowsills. By the second day there were live cockroaches throughout the kitchen. The house also had a strong smell when we arrived, and the windows and blinds were visibly dirty. Additionally, the furniture didn’t match the listing photos, and the hammock advertised was not there. The booking process through MadeComfy was also extremely poorly handled. My ID verification wasn’t process until I was ringing them at check-in time (spent hours on the phone before being able to enter the property) due to issues with their system, which caused significant delays and stress. Staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. None of the links sent through booking.com worked, which meant we could access any check-in or check-out details. Overall, the lack of organisation and cleanliness made the stay very disappointing consideration the price.
• Mark (3/5): Great weather & pool, won’t stay here again tho - Pool was clean, House was clean Very poor customer service & very poor communication. Cook top ran out of Gas, I had to buy tools & replace it myself. Not enough utensils
• Seanna (8/5): Perfect location - We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunrises and the sound of the ocean. The lichen living room is the hub of the home but no TV and felt a bit disjointed having TV down stairs and needing to use external staircase to downstairs living room and bedrooms. Sadly no firewood was provided and I’m still awaiting reimbursement and the email provided to send the receipt keeps bouncing back, would appreciate someone contacting me to arrange a refund for the firewood. Overall it’s a beautiful summer beach house thank you for hosting us. No fire wood

• Tyler (1/5): you won't be happy - close to beach, The house is old very dirty in the draws and cupboards fat all over splash back behind stove. Mouse infested. Running through the roofs. It is smaller than it looks in pics. 2 flights of stairs every time you need to go to the kitchen, bbq unclean and didn't work. Filled with left overs. One TV down 2 flights to watch it. And it wasnt working for 3 days. lots of black mould on the bathroom ceiling, fireplace not cleaned out and the house smelt of smoke. Woke up to mouse poo all over the kitchen every day and bread ect eaten. Very noisey with traffic from 6am. Way over priced. Worst Airbnb I've staying at. very sad.
• Roberta (8/5): Wonderful! Will look to come back again soon… - Location, felt like home away from home.. So close to the beach, restaurants, and walked to coffee and brekky everyday… We would have used the bbq, it didn’t appear to be working and there was only an empty gas bottle.
• Walmsley (7/5): Good Family home stay - Location to the beach. Bbq was not working and had to use the stove. Tv usb was all eroded so couldn't use. No towel racks in ensuite bathroom upstairs.
• Cheryl (10/5): Our stay was amazing but was to short - The property was amazing convenient to everything the beach ect The aircon in lounge didn’t work the bedroom with spa bath the shower was broken
• Michele (9/5): We all enjoyed our stay it was a home away from home - Great location close to the beach. Spacious with plenty of room for 6 of us to relax. Would have been good to know the shutters were on magnets as one was pull off hit someone in the head.
