Carmen (9/5): Overall we were very happy with the hotel and amenities. There are some good restaurants near by. - We loved the layout and opportunity to enjoy amazing views in our room. The bed and bedding was excellent quality. Toilets were impressive! The brunch is quite good. The work out room is excellent. We had a bit of trouble with the room but that is only because the hotel was newly opened. One bedroom lacked hangers and the remote controls for TVs were missing batteries but they were supplied when we called. The lighting system leaves glowing lights which make it difficult to darken the room. The fee to use the pool is high.
Hyerym Choi (7/5): - 일단은 넓은 곳에 있고 싶어서 위치가 다소 애매하긴 했지만 정하였는데요. 방이 나누어져 있어서 서로 각자 편안하게 잠을 청할 수 있어서 너무 좋았고요. 거실이 따로 있어서 식탁에서 업무를 보는 것도 좋았습니다. 아무래도 아직까지는 호텔 수준에 맞게는 안 갖춰져 있는 느낌이에요. 건물은 잘 지었는데 소프트웨어가 조금 음 일반 콘도 느낌. 어메너티도 너무 독하고 근처 주변에 이용할 수 있는 편의시설도 별로 없고요.

Ekaterina (4/5): - Завтрак был вкусным, достойно хороший выбор еды, в номере было чисто. Мы случайно забронировали номер для инвалидов и в нем была куча лампочек, одна из них горела разными цветами постоянно из-за чего было тяжело уснуть. Кондиционер расположен прямо над кроватью и дует прямо на нее. Еще в номере был только один шкаф в котором лежали вешалки, но штанги для них не было, полок тоже, поэтому вещи было класть некуда. Дверь на балкон открывалась прямо за этим шкафом, поэтому если человек на коляске, он не сможет открыть балкон. Лифтов в отеле было мало для такого количества людей, мы стояли по 10-15 минут в ожидании лифта.

kyung sung (10/5): 아직은 어설픈 - 넓은 주차장 타올도 새것 건물앞에 주차할 수 있는 공간이 없다 체크인 하는 동안 주차 할 공간 마련이 시급하다 주차할 공간이 없다면 최소한 입구에 안내문이라도 붙여 놓았으면 한다 캐리어 끌고 1층에서 체크인하고 B동으로 옮기기는 어려웠다 차라리 지하로 내려 갈것을 권유하기 바란다 내가 지하로 내려가서 이동하겠다고 했는데도 체크인 도와주었던 직원은 굳이 왜 그냥 1층에서 이동하라고 했는지 이해불가 길이 매끄럽지 않고 턱도 있어서 차후에는 손님들이 이런 불편을 겪지 않도록 배려했으면 한다 일종의 불친절 체크인 도와준 여직원 그룹이 아니고 혼자 여행은 체크인까지 어려운 경험이었다 체크인은 A동에서 할수있고 조금 저렴한 방들은 B동에 배치되어 있는 것 같았다 안내를 하는 분들도 골치 아플 듯 시스템이 아직 정비되지 못한 인상이었다
선빈 (8/5): - 신축호텔이라 청결하고 직원들 서비스도 친절했다. 아쉬운점은 호텔주변에 구경할만한 장소나 음식점이 너무적고 또한 영업시간이 너무 일찍 끝나 아쉬웠다. 호텔은 만족스러웠다! 처음 방문하는 사람들이 싑게 접근할수있게 안내표시나 주차장동선 표시등이 부족했다.
