Su (2/5): The room could have been so nice if it had been clean. - Handy location for the train. Coffee pod machine was provided but there were no instructions on how to use it. Sadly no internet, no streaming on the TV. The property was not clean. The floor had not been vacuumed properly, the area of tiles near the kitchen area were sticky to walk on. The bed consisted of two king singles pushed together. These were, unfortunately not anchored/fastened together. This particular model of mattresses was provieded with a zip - not used. I wanted to use a sheet and blanket instead of the doona, the blankets were both dirty. Behind the blankets in the cupboard was a carboard box that came from Peters classic icecream drumsticks - this had an old once melted, now dessicated drumstick in it. The shower area was particularly gross: long back hairs left behind, soap scum in the bath, dirty shower curtain, shower screen had lumpy bits on it, bath rim had something brown on it. I sourced cleaning materials and cleaned the bathroom myself.
