Comoda la cucina con utensili e elettrodomestici che sembravano mai utilizzati. Comodissima la macchinetta del caffè... Il contesto (edificio nel suo complesso) non era bellissimo (gli interni, rispetto all'esterno, erano stati da poco ristrutturati immagino).

Possible de manger sur place le soir avec un très bon repas pour le même prix qu'un restaurant en ville. Notre chambre etait située sur l'avant et à côté d'une entrée d'immeuble. On entend la porte quand elle se ferme, mais il n'y a pas de passe la nuit donc ce n'est pas dérangeant.

The 24/7 reception was very convenient. Emir at reception was outstanding: extremely helpful, always available, and quick to resolve issues with the non-working key cards. The breakfast experience was also great, especially thanks to the cook who remembered our preferences and often brought us coffee; freshly prepared eggs were a highlight. Good location, close to the zoo, Mercadona, a tobacco shop, a frutería, and two bus stops. Some noise from an adjacent building (possibly an elevator) and occasional water noise. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety or rotation between days.

De plus la superficie des chambres rend le séjour très agréable en famille. et la gentillesse du personnel également, qui est très disponible pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible

I had a good experience late at night when my key broke, Emir was very good in handling the situation and was kind enough to make sure everything was in order. The second time I came to the hotel was when my key broke of my apartment, I booked a room last minute late in the evening, eventually I didnt sleep in the room or used it, I asked a polite refund but this was denied unfortunately, they could have done me a favour but it was still in their right. Regarding this, the hotel was still fabulous! Ill come again when my key will break off ;))

Además cerca del hotel hay una panadería de las de toda la vida con cosas riquísimas.
