the description of where the locked box was not accurate and we had to disturb the owner of the property where the locked box was. It was lucky for us he was at home. The locked box was not on a wooden gate, there was no such thing, but there
was a wood fence. The locked box there out of view, which is fair enough, only we did not know where to look. It was behind an inflatable giant Christmas ornament which had fallen down. Also the fob to open the garage from the outside was not attached to the key ring. We only became aware of this after speaking to someone else staying there. The fob was inside the unit on the hall table. We hadn't realised what it was for until then.
- Lulu (8/5): Wonderful overall. Great location and safe for parking and convenient to so many amenities - Super convenient and clean. It was quite warm when we arrived and needed cool air. AC wasn’t working. Then later it got cold but unfortunately there weren’t enough extra blankets

The lay out of the Property was very nice Key collection was located at another address, i'd perhaps have a lock box available at the Property itself as i was chasing the key at 10.30pm at night

Booking system is crap Booking.com subcontracted to to Mycomfy which is inoperable and should be banned
- Mick (7/5): It was comfortable and suitable for our time in Yarraville - Location and facilities Disappointing to have pick up and return keys to a remote location and particularly annoying that only (1) one set of keys were provided. When requested additional key a $50 fee was to be charged.

- Brenda (10/5): Wonderful apartment close to all the action. - Extremely well appointed apartment with an underground garage providing off-street parking. Close to everything we came to Melbourne for. There was an issue with the dryer that it kept turning off but otherwise no dramas.
- David (9/5): Our stay was the most enjoyable that we have experienced in our Melbourne Trips over an extended period with previous st - The location was superb being close to the Train Station, Yarraville Club and many eateries. The property was spacious, well equipped and very secure. The key collection and return From a location in Footscray was a drawback. The television set was difficult to operate without a detailed manual.

- Janine (3/5): We would never stay at this property again due to real support. - Location The bathroom and toilet was flooded when we arrived handled very badly through phone calls and messages After placing a bucket underneath the leak coming from the ceiling all we asked for were a set of dry towels because we needed to use the towels as the mop didn’t work on glossy slippery tiles which for 24 hrs we’re dangerous to walk on. It all seemed too hard for receive assistance.
- Julie (1/5): property was not fit for purpose and no genuine attempt made to fix it - there was a leak in the bathroom roof dripping all day and night, dangerous annoying and stinky, promises to send a plumber to fix were not followed up, we were kept there day by day with false promises to have it fixed tomorrow.
Made Comfy admitted they were aware of the leak from report by by previous occupants but still let the property,
fridge ice and water dispenser not working, a bank of ceiling lights not working,

- Bernice (7/5): The apartment is well presented and spacious for our needs as my daughter was having an operation and she needed the spa - I like the high ceiling, spacious of the apartment. The beds are comfortable. It’s close to the shops and coffee shops. The veranda sliding door doesn’t lock therefore there is a safety concerns. The cleaningness of the property is an issue especially around the kitchen area.

Luckily the door wasn't tested by any intruder. Broken lock reported to service provider. No response was received.

A smart tv to be able to use your own streaming subscriptions would be a plus. We only used the one bedroom. We had previously stayed in another apartment in this complex and had the 2nd bedroom locked so paid less.
