- Lakeatia (7/5): - The living area was quite spacious, comfortably accommodating my entire party. The rental property was designed to accommodate 25 to 30 individuals. However, the property's parking capacity was limited to four vehicles, a detail that was not disclosed in the rental agreement. My group consisted of 25 individuals arriving in eight separate vehicles. Upon contacting the property manager regarding parking arrangements, I was informed that parking was available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking was prohibited due to fire hazard regulations, and vehicles parked on the street would be subject to towing. This situation caused considerable concern throughout our stay, as we were apprehensive about the potential towing of our vehicles.
- Denise (10/5): We loved the house & enjoyed our stay - Beautiful house with lots of room for everyone. Host’s communications was very prompt & very helpful. We had no issues while there & would absolutely stay again in the future. No issue. It’s not brand new but it’s super nice.
