• Ashley (5/5): Wouldn't recommend - The room was spacious and clean Horrible communication, I messaged multiple times to receive check in information with no reply, called multiple times to finally get an answer telling me there was a front desk and not to worry which was not clear on the reservation. The front desk agent couldn't give me a lot of information regarding transit and was not overly welcoming or hospitable or informative. There was a bus stop near by,(7min walk away) but I felt very uncomfortable as a solo female traveler in the area and the taxis were very expensive to the city center or even to the train station. Also the wifi did not work in my room and there was nothing to dry your hands with in the washroom. Overall a disappointing stay and I wouldn't book again.

• Mikhail (9/5): - Завтрака не было. Немного далековато от ЖД станции. Идти минут 15. Номер чистый, персонал вежливый. Кровать и подушки жестковаты, но после целодневной ходьбы это не особо мешало. Недалеко ресторан и магазин. Нам понравилось Помягче кровать и подушки.

• Guest (8/5): - La chambre était bien, la salle de bain avait du savon, gel douche et shampoing. Il y avait tout ce dont deux etudiants en voyage avaient besoin. Les recoins n'etaient pas propres, il y avait un peu de poussiere et la fenetre etait cassée et compliquée a fermer. Aussi on pouvait pas laisser la fenetre ouverte pour aerer pendant la journée parce que la chambre donnait vers un passage où les autres personnes passaient et on avait peur que des tiers entrent.

• Panţuru (1/5): Experiență a fost dezamăgitoare. - Comunicare foarte slabă, răspundea extrem de greu. Nu ne-am putut face planurile de înainte deoarece ea ne-a răspuns abia în ziua cazării și nu am știut cum procedăm cu cheek in ul. Am fost foarte dezamăgiți de cazare. Am primit o cameră complet diferită față de cea prezentată în poze, care nu arăta deloc la fel. Proprietara a răspuns foarte greu la mesaje, iar aerul condiționat aproape că nu a funcționat deloc, fiind foarte frig în cameră. Izolarea fonică este inexistentă – se aude absolut orice, inclusiv vecinii când vorbesc sau chiar când se spală pe dinți. Ușa de la intrare nu este cea din poze, ci una veche din lemn și subțire, prin care trece tot zgomotul. Nu am avut apă caldă pentru duș, iar lenjeria și pătura oferite erau vechi. Prosoapele aveau un miros neplăcut, iar în baie era un gel de duș mare, deja folosit. Per total, experiența a fost foarte neplăcută și nu recomand această cazare. Cu siguranță nu vom reveni.

There was also a small fridge a kettle, some plastic cups and a funtional AC. The staff was friendly and ready to help. Overall a nice place experience. Unpleasant smell coming from toilet even though it was clean... couldn't find the remote for the TV and not a very good sealing of the door.

There was no cleaning service during our 4 days stay and the room was full of mosquitos. It’s actually an old house with no security doors and no privacy. Do not recommend!!!!

Łatwy dostęp do komunikacji, którą bez problemu można bylo dotrzeć do głównej części Wenecji. W ofercie jaką rezerwowałam miał to być pokój z prywatną łazienką, jednakże do "naszej" łazienki mieli dostęp inni goście i nie można było zamknąć łazienki na klucz...

Мінімум зручностей, відсутність полотенця для обличчя і проблеми з чистотою в номері та особливо в душовій. Не завадив би ремонт, а також старе вікно, яке не прилягає щільно Внизу додам фото тих проблем, що присутні в номері.

• Stephanie Aimee (6/5): This place is conveniently located to the bus stop and a good place to stay when not located in Venice itself - Conveniently located The cleanliness was not up to standard, both the bathroom and bedroom were not clean upon arrival (look under the bed and have a look at the shower glass, amongst other things) The bathroom was also not exactly private as we didn’t feel the need to lock the bathroom door, but late check in guests on the first evening and drunk guests on the second used the bathroom freely until we locked it when we got home

• Jodie (7/5): Overall, pretty decent for a short stay. - The person at reception was very welcoming and friendly. Cute place to stay; it is pretty. The room itself was mostly clean and it's a good size. The bed is comfy. Location is okay, bus stop under a 10 min walk that can get you to the center. It does the job for a couple of nights. It was lacking facilities - kettle provided but no cups/coffee/tea. The water pressure was disappointing and the hot water did not last long. No hand towels were provided. No TV remote provided. Although it was mostly pretty clean, there was a blood stain on the bedding.

• Alisa (10/5): Вцілому все добре. Але потрібно попіклуватися про безпеку і зробити різні ключі до кімнат. - Ми зупинились тут на 2 ночі. Все було чисто, комфортно і охайно. Привітний персонал. Тихий номер. Хороший wifi. Був чайник, одноразові стаканчики можна взяти на рецепції. Також на рецепції можна купити воду, колу, фанту. У номері було лише 1 велике полотенце для кожної персони, не було маленького полотенця, яке можна використовувати для обличчя. Можливо, якщо попросити на рецепції, то його дадуть. Відсутність кімнатних тапок. Насторожує той факт, що ключ від моєї кімнати підходив також до іншої кімнати. Коли я помилилася поверхом і відкрила чужі двері своїм ключем, я випадково потрапила до чужої кімнати. Сейф відсутній. Ліфт відсутній.

• Andrey (8/5): - Останавливался здесь в июне. Все понравилось, чистый номер, вежливый персонал, тихий район, кондиционер в номере, ставни на окнах, полотенца. До железнодорожной станции 10-15 минут пешком. Есть возможность позднего заселения в отель за небольшую плату, но если предупредите персонал заранее. Рядом есть прачечная На booking.com цена за отель указана без налога города, пришлось доплатить 24 евро за номер. В номере нет тапок. В отеле и номере нету стиральной машины и утюга.

• Maria (7/5): - My stay overall was good. The staff member at check-in was very kind and welcoming. The location is quiet, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. They were able to accommodate my request for a room on the upper floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was large and (for the most part, see below) clean. Strong Wifi. I didn't have any issues with noise from the other guests, but I guess I just got lucky! Bring cash for the city tax! Unfortunately, my bed sheets were not clean, as I found quite a lot of hair on them. I slept in my sleeping bag liner just in case.

Certo l'androne e le scale x raggiungere le camere fanno un po' set di poliziesco di periferia... ma le camere alla fine sono abbastanza luminose, con arredi se non nuovi, recenti. Solo un telo x la doccia per ogni ospite... vabbè che non c'è il bidet, ma il water col dolcino, quindi a una tovaglietta piccola almeno ci hanno pensato, ma almeno un'asciugamano per le mani e la faccia! Inoltre nel bagno trovi solo un dispenser di sapone liquido per le mani e i flaconi di bagnoschiuma che hanno lasciato gli ospiti che ti hanno preceduto...

Nous avons signalé une fuite d'eau dans un coin de la chambre suite à un orage nocturne survenu le dernier jour. Logement bien équipé mais dommage qu'il y a une bouilloire mais pas de tasses et qu'il y a un frigo mais qui avait un défaut puisqu'il congelait nos bouteilles.

Oprócz tego brak mydła w łazience, przeciekające okno i słabo wyciszone ściany, głośna lodóweczka, był czajnik ale nie było żadnego kubka ani szklanki

• Thomas (10/5): Freundliche Gastgeber, nette Zimmer, ruhige Lage - Sehr freundliches Personal! Die beiden gebuchten Zimmer waren nett eingerichtet - alles wirkte wie frisch renoviert. Supermärkte sind etwa anderthalb Kilometer entfernt, ebenso die Bushaltestelle in Richtung Venedig-Insel. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem absolut ruhigen Wohngebiet.

• Liel (6/5): - Sie liegt in Fussdistanz zum Bahnhof Venezia Mestre und auch in der Nähe von Supermärkten und Restaurants. Es gibt ein grosses Fenster und eine Klimaanlage. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich. Es existiert nicht alles, was im Inserat auf Booking aufgeführt wird, wirklich in der Unterkunft. Es gibt zum Beispiel keinen Safe, kein Wäschetrockner und keinen Bademantel. Das Zimmer sieht auch in echt nicht so schön (farbenfroh, viele Kissen usw.) aus, wie auf dem Inserat. Der Abfluss stinkt sehr, deswegen mussten wir immer die Badzimmertüre geschlossen haben. Ausserdem ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig und wir haben Sachen von anderen Hotelgästen gehört, die wir lieber nicht gehört hätten.

• Amber (7/5): Great location - Excellent location especially if you are coming by train. Get off at Venezia Mestre instead of Santa Lucia for a 10 minute, easy walk. It’s close to cafes, shops, and a delicious restaurant called Hosteria Vite Rosa. I felt safe in this neighborhood as a solo female traveler, the bed and pillows were comfy. The room has a fridge, table, and wardrobe with hangers. The staff is super friendly and the owner dropped me off at the airport for a small fee. It smells like cats in the hallway and people were smoking at the entrance of the door. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. I didn’t see any cameras and the parking gate was open all day and night. I like a little extra security. Also, there is no safe.

One of the rooms had no bathroom (missing this in the room description), needing to use a common one, but very clean, with a shower. Parking at location is difficult for a long SUV, but managed to use public parking space.

• David (8/5): Un buen lugar para dormir únicamente después de un buen día conociendo Venecia - La ubicación cerca de parada 2 de bus de entrada a Venecia y de la estación de Mestre de tren. La habitación reservada tenía baño propio siendo las demás con baño compartido. Calidad precio es una buena elección. No hemos tenido limpieza de la habitación en las dos noches de estancia ni cambios de toallas. El aislamiento no es bueno, al tener baño compartido, ruido para el uso de baño y habitaciones de al lado.

• Guest (5/5): Missing sleep. - The location was quite good, it was near the train station and a grocery store. There is always some noise happening. We were woken up both late at night and super early in the morning by people yelling and laughing and shutting the doors constantly. Both at 3 am and 5:30 in the morning. The sound proofing is non existent there. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
