• Laetitia (4/5): - Nous avons été très déçus. La piscine est minuscule et non entretenue. Les chambres sont sombres . Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude., et l'avons signalé 2 fois. Ils nous ont proposé de changer de chambre le dernier soir à 20h. Il y a un minuscule parking qui n'est jamais libre, 2 places pour 8 chambres. Le quartier n'est pas très plaisant. Nous ne sommes pas sûrs que le ménage avait été fait avant notre arrivée. Tapis de SdB sale et rasoir dans la douche

• MYRIAM (8/5): Au calme - L'emplacement à 10mn de marche du centre-ville mais au calme. La literie est excellente et le personnel adorable. Ne choisissez pas cet établissement si vous souhaitez une piscine nous sucette n'était pas notre cas.

Era habitación para 4 solo había 2 toallas se pidieron a los cel qué decían y no contestaban 3 celulares, hasta despues de un rato mandaron mensajey todavía se tardaron un rato en subirlas a la habitación, el baño se salía el.agua de la regadera a la habitación, alberca muy turbia y llena de hojas, menú del desayuno no explícito con lo que incluía el desayuno que ofrecían, en pluma y muy pequeño los costos de otras opciones de muy mal gusto. Sábanas muy chicas te mueves y se safa la sabana y quedas en el.puro colchon.

Breakfast was nice, but above all, the service was just exceptional. The room isn't very big, but we were only there for one night so it wasn't really an issue. The AC didn't seem cooperate when I tried to turn on a bit of heating (we visited during a cold front).
• Wojciech (7/5): Great staff and location, but lacking attention to detail for a "boutique" hotel. - Prime Location: Situated in the heart of authentic Mérida, within walking distance to great local restaurants and the main plaza. Exceptional Staff: The personnel are incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. They truly make you feel welcome. Charming Design: The hotel features beautiful architecture and a very aesthetic, boutique-style atmosphere. Great Breakfast: While simple, the breakfast was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Hygiene & Maintenance: The pool was unusable due to green, stagnant water. Furthermore, we were provided with stained towels; even if they were laundered, it significantly lowers the perception of cleanliness. Lack of Soundproofing: Despite being advertised as soundproof, the walls are very thin. We could hear every conversation from the neighbors and noise from the hallway. Room Size: The rooms are very cramped for a family (2+2). Managing large luggage and a stroller in such a tight space was a major challenge.

They did not have a bar or some food available - despite being the city center, there is not much nearby restaurants or street food available. They did let us order some food into hotel via Uber eats, and even offer us plates. The rooms are a little bit stuffy and they are really not soundproof. The pool is a decorating element, not really a pool to swim in. The location is a bit off - it is not their fault but just to keep in mind, you need transportation to all attractions.

• Nicolas (8/5): Plutôt un bon séjour malgré quelques couacs - Emplacement au calme à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de l'hyper-centre, qualité de la literie, belle décoration du lieu et bon choix des matériaux, petit déjeuner proposé avec des produits de qualité, prévenance, gentillesse et professionnalisme de la dame qui nous a servi notre petit déjeuner. Cheveux dans la sdb, manque d'un rideau occultant sur la partie vitrée de la porte de la chambre, manque d'une poubelle dans la chambre, absence de machine a café expresso dans les communs de l'hôtel (qui pourrait aussi être proposé au petit-déjeuner). Odeur d'humidité dans la chambre.

Bandeau de verre le long de la porte laisse passer la lumière. Les draps ne tiennent pas au matelas et pas de protège matelas. Ce qui est appelé la piscine n'est pas entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est commandé à l'extérieur, arrive à une heure aléatoire et est réchauffé au micro-onde.

• Marcela (10/5): SI tienes la oportunidad de quedarte aquí no la desaproveches - TODO! definitivamente se nota que no solo es un negocio es un proyecto manejado con el corazón, Melisa (Una de las dueñas) fue super linda! al igual que la otra Melisa y Pablo. El hotel es muy bonito y la cama super cómoda, me sentí en casa. Además se portaron super lindos conmigo en un mal momento donde las cosas no se acomodaron me ofrecieron ayuda que eso es invaluable y la experiencia de quedarme ahí fue lo mejor!!!! De corazón si tienen la oportunidad de quedarse aquí no la desperdicien. Además el desayuno está deli!!! TODO ES INCREIBLE NO HAY NADA NEGATIVO!

• Michelle Janine (8/5): Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. - Hotel ist in super Lage nahe vom Zentrum zu Fuss. Zimmer & Hotel war sauber. Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücks-Restaurant mit dem sie zusammen arbeiten war sehr gut. Gutes Frühstück. Lieber direkt ins Restaurant gehen (ca. 15‘min) zu Fuss als im Hotel auf des Essen warten, kam 1h später als gesagt wurde und leider kalt. Im Restaurant war Frühstück top! Pool sehr dreckig und sehr klein. Hat keinen Haarföhn im Zimmer.

• Claudia (8/5): Anderes Zimmer und ohne Frühstück dann gerne wieder - Stylische,saubere Unterkunft in Zentrumsnähe. In unserem Zimmer lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht richtig ab. Das Wasser stand noch am nächsten Morgen an der Wand zum Schlafbereich. Dadurch hatte der Schlafbereich einen leicht schimmligen Geruch. Das Bettlaken war zu klein für die extrem dicke Matratze. Ich war die ganze Nacht damit beschäftigt das Laken wieder zu richten. Das Frühstück wird erst ab 8:30 Uhr gereicht. Das Frühstück, welches man am Vorabend bestellt wird von einem Lieferdienst gebracht. Somit war bereits um 8:30 Uhr das Ei und die Panecakes kalt. Es war das schlechteste Frühstück auf unserer Mexiko Reise.

• Kin (7/5): - Muy bonito Que estabmos durmiendo y nos abrieron la puerta, si la hora de salida es a las 12, a partir de esa hora deben entrar a las habitaciones o por lo menos tocar y preguntar 🙄
• Franziska (5/5): Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht überein und wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal wählen. - Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, Daniel von der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit Leider ging bei uns an 2 von 3 Tagen das Wasser nicht und wir hatten den Eindruck dass sich nicht wirklich darum gekümmert wurde. Das Frühstück bestellt man am Abend vorher und es wird von einem Café am nächsten Morgen geliefert. Die Hot Cakes waren dementsprechend kalt und das Granola durchgeweicht. Auch gibt es nicht wirklich Platz um draußen zu frühstücken bzw. zu entspannen.

• Lizete (9/5): Short but wonderful stay. - The place is beautiful and quite. The room is a good size and confortable. The staff is very nice and friendly, they help us with every single request. The sheets were dirty, we requested them to be changed and they did right away. There is a bit of humidity in the room and you can smell it when you walk in.

• leonel (8/5): Not the greatest value for the price - The location was good and near the central area. The staff was friendly and responsive. The property was fine. The price was too expensive for the room. It felt like an air bnb room and not a hotel. There wasn’t any shower gel or shampoo or even a bottle of water in the room. It was a bit too loud and the breakfast was not great.
• Carlijn (8/5): - Het hotel is kleinschalig, ligt op een rustige locatie net buiten het centrum maar alle gemakken op loopafstand en daardoor een fijne locatie. Het personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een echte aanrader! Eigenlijk was alles helemaal goed. Het enige minpuntje was wat schimmel in de badkamer.
