• Nadira (6/5): Overall, the property was warm and well-equipped, making it comfortable in some respects. - The property was warm and well-equipped, which made the stay comfortable. I did not like the entrance to the property, especially at night. I had to use my phone as a torch, and a sensor light would really improve safety and visibility. The property could also do with some maintenance. The curtain rail in the bedroom is hanging off, and the bunk bed was shaking, rattling, and noisy, which did not feel safe to sleep on. Additionally, after taking a shower the floor becomes soaked. I believe there may be a leak from the bathtub that needs attention.

• andrew (10/5): Fantastic Christmas break - Lovely and clean , fantastic location, everything you needed was supplied Nothing
• Sarah (4/5): Disappointing - Location Hob was not clean and full of grease. Freezer was full of ice and leaking. Boiler was switched off and therefore no hot water or heating available. Scanned barcode as advised to contact for advice and not available, called phone number listed and not available so therefore spent first night with no hot water or heating. Was only resolved the following day. We have stayed here before and had a much better experience. Very disappointed on this occasion

• nick (7/5): - Location , an apartment were great , parking great Shower leaked onto floor , needs a new seal at bottom of shower curtain door to stop water going onto floor , needed more towels to deal with the bathroom situation, apart from that all good tho , bunk beds bit wobbly, we ended up putting top mattress on the floor for a better sleep

• Rebecca (5/5): Passable - Owners were lovely very helpful and polite! However when we arrived the bathroom was not clean there were skid marks in the toilet and was long strands of dark hair in the bathtub along with bits of fluff, which was evident that it hadn't been cleaned. Rest of the apartment looked clean and was no dust to be seen, bed sheet didn't seem to be fresh due to bits of hair being in there when lifted the duvet up. Which is a shame because the owners mentioned they had cleaners, which means they are letting the owners down not doing their job right.
• Healey (4/5): Needs a good clean. - Sent 3 different entry codes. Not much fun messing about trying to get in when you have been on the motorway for hours. kitchen wasn't clean. Very 'tired' in appearance. Bunk bed rattles horribly if you dare breathe. Shower screen doesn't fit. Empty sugar sachets in the sugar tin so that hadn't been cleaned. Microwave filthy. Location brilliant.
• Derek (9/5): Superb - Great location, comfortable large apartment with everything we needed. It was a little bit confusing when checking in as we were unaware that we had to put a damage deposit down & fill an online form out before being issued with the key box combination. We have never been asked to put a deposit down before, but it all worked out OK it would have been nice to have had the information before as we were walking & communication on the move via emai was difficult. I think it could be made clear when booking that the deposit is required. However, we never met any of the staff, but they were all very responsive & helpful to messages

Dedicated parking Very warm & comfortable While there was always plenty of hot water, in the bathroom a lot of it ended up in a pool on the bathroom floor as the seal on the shower screen didn’t seem to work, and the screen wasn’t high enough for the type of shower.
• Shaun (9/5): Great place to stay in a convenient location - Spacious, modern apartment - great location. It was definitely one of the best value for money stays in a long time. Only negatives were receiving 2 different emails for how to get into the property ( one said electronic lock, other said mechanical key box) Also, one said parking at front, other said parking at rear. Despite these minor inconvenience, the apartment was fantastic- would highly recommend

• Donna (3/5): read before renting - nice living room double bed is comfortable freezer was frozen solid and needs defrosting. no instructions for the heating. pans unwashed. no light outside for entry. Very dangerous in pitch black nights - which in winter is from 5pm. wasn't given three entry code for access before arriving. the key safe lock very stiff and difficult to open
• Lisa (9/5): Lovely stay - The open-plan room was great 👍 The only issue is the beds, which are noisy when you turn over..I have stayed here before so it obviously didn't put me off...I took a mattress topper with me this for more comfort, but the bed still squeaked....I'll just need more wine next time 😆

• Richard (8/5): Visiting old friend - Spacious and well equipped property. Had 2 faults the inside handle on Apartment is only held on loosely with 2 screws. There is a fault in the seal around the bath/shower resulting in water leaking onto floor.
• Lisa (8/5): Great we loved it, change of mattresses in both bedrooms and it would be perfect - The bed/mattress squeaked every time you moved, and I was sleeping alone Everything else was great, but the postcode takes you to a different place behind the ship pub, maybe find the postcode for a property next door. Overall we loved it
