• Marina (8/5): - Отличный номер за свою цену. Есть плита, стиральная машина. Очень удобно. Рядом есть рестораны, кафе, торговый центр. Грязный балкон. Его не моют. Растение на балконе умирало, потому что его не поливали. Рядом с растением валялись грязные салфетки ... У стиральной машины на балконе был порван шланг. Администратор разрешила нам пользоваться стиральной машиной несмотря на это. Поэтому ... вся вода из машины выливалась из порванного шланга на балкон. Слив балкона был забит, так что вода не уходила, а на жаре просто высыхала ))

• IHK (8/5): Good room, bad location, some noise - One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in Saigon: light, modern, cozy decor, a lot of natural sunlight, everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean. ** It was 15-20 minute walk to the area's bar/restaurant street, through pretty empty / dead / unpleasant streets. ** The whole area was very non-Saigon-y, some kind of expat and upper-class bubble with one high-end restaurant strip and one shopping mall, otherwise nobody walking on streets, just black SUVs with darkened windows taking rich kids to english schools or piano lessons, etc. Not worth visiting as tourist, in my opinion. ** Even though the location was really far from lively areas, the room wasn't that quiet: there was construction on front plus other guests shouting on balconies past midnight.

• Mattock (10/5): Great hotel/apartment in a quite spot - I don't usually stay around touristy/expat areas but this place was great. Tucked away down a quite alley it has spacious rooms that are well equipped. Induction hob, large fridge washing machine and smart TV. Bed was comfortable and there is a great Coffee shop next door called Lost & Sought which i used daily. The hotel has lots of space for bike parking out front and at night time you can park down the side where they have a guard dog. I had rented a Vinfast electric motorbike and they even let me charge it overnight. Will stay again Nothing, everything was good

Der Balkon war auch nett und das personal freundlich. Etwas mehr Besteck beziehungsweise Küchenausstattung hätte geholfen manchmal aber eigentlich auch kein großes Problem.

Раковина была засорена, душ у унитаза течет, ремонт в ванной уставший. Балкон грязный. В номере нет даже чая. Брали номер на троих, положили комплекты для двоих. Уборка в первый день не проводилась, потому что оказывается нужно было сказать убраться, во второй даже не поменяли белье. Полотенца все в пятнах. Отель совершенно того не стоит и гораздо хуже чем на фото

• Elizabeth (8/5): clean quite accomodation with all you need in district 2 - I enjoyed the location in District 2, easy to walk to find nice cafes, restaurants, boutique shops. The room was really nice and quiet which I hear is rare in HCMC. Everything was new and clean. Elevator made it easy with big bags. No problems with this guesthouse. Nothing bothered me especially but if I had to think of things with room for improvement - a water refill station (they just give 2 small bottles a day which for me was not enough). Duvet cover was synthetic fabric not cotton making it a bit hot and sticky to sleep with. the room has its own kitchen set up, but then there are no knives, pots or anything to actually cook with so defeats the purpose a bit, I assume most travelers would anyway just want to eat out, but sometimes its nice to make your own breakfast or something. But again not major issues

The facilities were adequate for a short stay, covering the essentials needed for convenience. The building itself appears to be newly constructed or recently renovated, giving it a fresh and modern feel. This is not a hotel but an apartment building offering short-term rentals. There is no reception, and communication is handled via WhatsApp, which feels unprofessional. The doors are very thin, allowing noise from the hallway to be heard easily. My coworker's room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with leftover food from the previous guest. Additionally, there is ongoing road construction around the property, causing inconvenience

• Janet (9/5): Superb - Brand new property ( pre opening stage) , comfy bed and great shower. Kitchenette with big fridge , washing machine for guests staying longer. Host contact very friendly . Location great for D2 area visit.
