• Leanne (9/5): Lovely stay would stay again! - It’s a home from home. The staff made us feel welcome and we’re happy to accommodate us. The lady who works there was cooking food that smelt delicious and on arrival she offered us some food. We had a few issues but the staff sorted it right away. We felt safe and welcomed at this property. The shower was cold but the lady came straight away and helped us to get the hot water on.

I haven't tried to get to the city center, but it seems close enough. I appreciated the free parking right in front of the accomodation.

• Kayleigh (10/5): Excellent place to stay and lovely staff - The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the facilities were great (microwave and fridge in room), the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. My friend had a headache in the morning and they got her paracetamol and gave her a big bottle of water. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Leeds. Nothing.

• Jane (1/5): Do NOT book here!!! - Nothing Whatever ever happens, don’t book here. We arrived late at night and were told they had cancelled our accommodation earlier that day. They sent us a number to ring if we had any problems. This number didn’t even have the right amount of digits in it so obviously didn’t go through to anyone. Spoke to someone who was at the property and they said all the photos were 20 years out of date and that they aren’t taking any bookings from Booking.com. I have reported this to Booking.com We had to find alternative accommodation late at night. I do not know why this accommodation is still showing up on Booking.com whatever happens. Do not book unless you want to be let down. Booking.com did find us somewhere else to stay, but we had to pay for this upfront and you have to go for a process of getting your money back and we still have not received this. Something very dodgy going on with this accommodation.

• Shunan (9/5): Great experience - The staff is really friendly and helpful , great price , room is clean but a bit smell , that’s the only negative thing, can easily ignore it
• Foley (9/5): Brilliant value for money, would happily visit again - Great location, easy to locate and a few parking spots. Left my key in the room like a muppet and someone was around at 10 to let me back in. Door was stiff too and helped me out. Only thing that perhaps needs improving is that it is hard to find staff sometimes, there was no one around when I needed to check out and when I first checked in I was waiting a few mins for the lady to let me in.
