Mala calidad (croissants blandos, embutidos de calidad baja, mala elección de canapés puesto que se reblandecen, etc) y mal cocinado (salchichas). Por no hablar del café. Con un hotel pequeño deberían mejorar esos aspectos. Una pena porque nuestra estancia podría haber sido perfecta.

• João (6/5): Good location, small rooms and a bad breakfast. - The location and the staff The rooms are really small, and the only thing that fits is the bed. There isn't a single chair in the bedroom. Parking is available, but it's far from the hotel. The worst thing about our stay was the breakfast, supermarket cakes and bread, and the bad coffee and tea. The fruit was almost nonexistent, and some slices of cheese should have been on the litter a long time ago.

L’atenció del personal ha estat excel.lent. Han estat atents i disposats a fer de la nostra estada una bona experiència. La localització de l’hotel és ideal per poder gaudir del casc antic de Toledo. A l’habitació hi feia calor i els coixins eren massa dobles. L’esmorzar era correcte, però podria millorar-se.
• MARIA EUGENIA (9/5): Breve estancia en Toledo - La ubicación del hotel es fantástica , es muy céntrico lo que permite ir paseando a los lugares más destacados y a la vez está en una calle tranquila donde no hay ruidos y el descanso es muy excelente . El desayuno se podría mejorar, se sirve hasta las 10AM lo que resulta un poco apresurado en fin de semana si se está de vacaciones, igualmente podrían mejorar la calidad y la cantidad , los croisanes estaban un poco duros .

• Caroline (10/5): Stunning restored manor in the center of Toledo - Beautifully renovated, historical hotel in the middle of the city. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. The building is stunning - an old manor- with many historical details, but completely renovated ( bathrooms,etc) the room had bathrobes, tea, coffee, snacks. It was clear they put a real effort to give the guests everything they might need. The breakfast was simple, but nice. We loved it. We brought our children, which was fine. I would probably prefer to stay there as a couple in the future. We loved it all

Al desayuno le necesitan darle un punto más de calidad para estar acorde con el nivel del hotel. Un mejor embutido,un buen café y bollería del día,le harían dar el salto al sobresaliente.

Breakfast was continental style which suited us. Parking was available and we took advantage of it only 5 minutes walk to the hotel.Would definitely recommend it and would stay here next time we visit Toledo. If you want to be really picky there’s no bar. But there are loads within a few minutes walk.

• Igor (6/5): Good pick if you are traveling light, and accustomed to hot (22C) room - Location is perfect, stuff is very helpful, Parking is not on property, it is 350 meters away, but you need to go up the hill with your luggage and climb the stairs. We stayed in March, the room was super hot and the A/C unit was only working for heating. Had to open the balcony door, and it was noisy because the place located in the middle of the tourists routes

El desayuno fue pésimo, el revuelto de huevos eran trozos duros de algo amarillo incomible, algo al lado negro que ponía un cartel de setas que lo probé y no pude tragármelo, el caso es que tampoco había muchas más opciones, hasta el café estaba bastante malo. Me parece una opción de buena de hotel pero para cogerlo sin desayuno
