- Jodi (6/5): We were expecting to pay more for the location and its proximity to the event but we feel it gives price gouging - Good location Even though it was Grand Prix weekend the apartment was definitely overpriced for what it was We had to continually fix the toilet seat and there were chips in a lot of the crockery (bacteria hazard)

- John (6/5): - Compact and neat. Was close to a function we attended which was the main reason for our choice. Only one key available. When asked if we could have another were told there would be an additional charge. When asked for the cost was told none available. Could not get wifi for our entire stay. Was told we were doing it wrong. No solution forthcoming. Tv didn't work. Had to go out and purchase batteries for the remote. We needed an early checkout due to a 7.00 flight. We could not return it to the convenience store as they were not open at 4.45am when we needed to leave. It was suggested that we could send the keys by Uber at our cost to some yet to be informed location. As we did not agree to this there was finally some customer focused decision in letting us leave the key when we left. It is a shame that messages are bandied back and forth with no human prepared to pick the phone and solve a client's problems.
