- OLGA (10/5): - It's a good apartment. If you're staying during the colder months, there is a heater in the room and towel dryer in the bathroom. The window overlooked the courtyard and it was very peaceful in the mornings. The neighborhood is great, many local shops with a true Parisian vibe. Not too many tourists. We'll connected to the center of town by metro. The deposit was returned within a few days. There was no washing machine. Also, the deposit of 200 eur was charged on the card before arrival and you have to enter your card details into some sort of private program, which basically bypasses Booking.com. So, it doesn't feel very safe. I have to say that since the deposit is so large, that I expected the place to be perfect. Instead, I kept finding things that were damaged by the previous guests, like cooking pans with damaged coating, scratches on the walls, spots on the wooden table... Given that you don't always notice these things until you use them, it felt like I needed to be a detective to find all the damaged things, in order to avoid being charged for them.

- Johanne (6/5): Bien pour l’appartement mais désagréable pour le reste - La localisation était parfaite dans un quartier sécuritaire et agréable. À deux pas du métro, les déplacements étaient faciles. L’isolation des lieux est très déficiente. Les murs très minces laissent entendre tous les bruits des voisins et le pire, impossible de fermer les portes des appartements et de l’immeuble sans avoir à claquer. Pas intéressant lorsque les voisins rentrent tard ou partent tôt le matin. De plus la communication avec les responsables extrêmement difficile. Pas d’accès direct on doit laisser message sans jamais avoir de retour. On laisse des messages via Booking et on répond 24 heures plus tard, ça c’est quand on répond. On a prélevé deux fois le dépôt de garantie sur ma carte bancaire et j’ai dû prouver aux responsables ce fait pour me faire rembourser. Bref, c’est dommage car c’est vraiment un bel endroit mais la communication difficile a rendu mon séjour désagréable.

- GERVAISE (8/5): Agréable séjour dans ce logement très bien situé et fonctionnel. - Très bien situé, beau quartier et proche du métro et bus. Literie confortable et suffisamment spacieux pour 2-3 personnes. Équipement de la cuisine à revoir. Manque une ou deux casseroles et poêle fonctionnelle, quelques couverts et ustensiles pour cuisiner. Les fenêtres ne fermaient pas bien. On entendait un peu le bruit de la rue et voisinage.

Per qualsiasi necessità il gestore ti risponde subito ed è subito disponibile. il divano letto scomodo. forse è un po' usurato. è stata l'unica cosa negativa. purtroppo per le dimensioni dell'appartamento non credo sia possibile inserire un letto, però la tipologia di divano letto era un pò scomoda.

- De Arma (6/5): mala organización. - la ubicacion. sicneramente todo lo previo a la estadiua fue un tremendo lio, te hablan por dos lugares, te confirman una cosa y a los dos dias te dicen otra. desorganizacion total entre ellos mismos ( admisnitradores). si bien te aatienden el telefono es muy dificil la parte adminsitrativa previa a la estadia. No fue facil y eso que soy una persona que viaja y se manejarme, pero no es para cualquiera ya que se quedarian sin alojamiento.

Getting to the property was very easy and using this as a base to explore was great with numerous points for public transport. Using the sleeper couch made the rest of the living space hard to use but we managed. the number of cutlery and crockery isn't consistent for 4 persons and due to the main lighting being in the centre of the living area, and the position of the cupboards, the lighting when working at the kitchen counter was terrible.

Muitos restaurantes, metro e ônibus a menos de 100m do apartamento. Opção de estacionamento público bem próximo também. Recomento para famílias com filhos ou casais. Gostei de praticamente tudo. Penso que o aquecimento poderia ser um pouco melhor, em razão da amplitude do apartamento sentimos um pouco de frio mesmo com o aquecimento ligado.

Στην είσοδο του κτιρίου ήταν τοποθετημένα τα σκουπίδια με αποτέλεσμα να έχει έντονη μυρωδιά . Εκτός αυτού η είσοδος στο κτίριο μας δυσκόλευε καθημερινά γιατί δε δεχόταν τον κωδικό που μας είχε δωθεί … με αποτέλεσμα να προσπαθούμε ξανά και ξανά για να μπούμε .

L’ouverture du logement sans clé mais avec une application sur le téléphone. Digicode de l’entrée avec lequel j’ai eu beaucoup de mal car il dysfonctionnait, mais personnel très réactif à distance par téléphone (en anglais) pour m’aider.

- Vera (9/5): - Локацията беше много удобна от към придвижване с транспорт и оживеност .В близост до ресторанти и магазини.Добре оборудван от към уреди и битови потребности.Уют и чиста 👌 Не можахме да ползваме телевизия,изискваше се заплащане .Апартамента беше до входната врата на кооперацията и всеки прибиращ се все едно влизаше при нас😂🥴.При разтягане на дивана вече няма какво друго да направиш освен да легнеш, място се изпълва от него.

- Giuseppe (7/5): Voglio essere gentile: discreto ma caro. - Ambiente pulito, fornito di una serie di utenze e di prodotti di qualità per avere un buon soggiorno. La stanza é molto molto piccola, ma dotata di tutte le utenze necessarie. Quando si apre il divano-letto non vi è più spazio per passare e andare in bagno. Inoltre il divano-letto è scomodo, come se ci fosse un buco al centro. È inutile avere tante utenze (stendino per i panni, asse da stiro ecc se poi non vi é lo spazio per utilizzarlo). Inoltre al mattino si sentono molti rumori perche la stanza è al piano terra.

- lang (1/5): 非常糟糕。 - 没有满意的地方 1. 房间极小。小可以，但这个价格非常贵，性价比非常低。 2. 房间的宣传图片很有欺骗性，实际空间很小，但图片显示的过于美好。实际是沙发床，我们没有看清，如果知道是沙发床肯定不会预定的！ 3. check-in时间和退房时间都很不灵活。入住手续繁琐，进门麻烦，锁门麻烦。 4. 酒店的reception在另外一个地方，导致我们拿着行李提前要去另一个地方，再在下雨天拖着行李入住，这非常非常的不方便！ 5. 整个入住给我们的感觉就是繁琐、麻烦，给客人带来极大的不方便！

- Abbey (3/5): We don’t usually leave bad reviews, but we absolutely would NOT stay here again. - We liked that there was somewhere we could drop our bags off after checkout (however it’s worth noting this place (their office) was half an hour by metro away from where we were staying, there’s no reception/staff where the room is). We also liked that the locks felt very secure, you control the locks from your phone. The majority of the room (excluding the bed) was clean. Firstly, the room we booked did not have a proper bed – it only had a sofa bed. While it did mention “sofa bed” in the booking notes (which I missed – partly my fault), there were no photos showing this on the listing, and I think most people would naturally assume a hotel room includes a normal bed as standard. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. My partner and I can usually sleep just about anywhere, but this was genuinely awful — you could feel every slat underneath, there was a deep dip in the middle, and the mattress was so thin and hard that we barely slept for three nights. Once the sofa bed was pulled out, there was barely any space left in the room. You could hardly move around, and getting to the toilet was a struggle. On top of that, it was EXTREMELY LOUD. You could hear absolutely everything — doors slamming, people talking, footsteps — as if they were inside the room. We were woken up multiple times every night, especially around 5–6am, by guests coming and going. And for context, I lived in university halls for two years, and this was by far worse. Overall, if I were to visit Paris again, I would definitely spend a bit more and stay somewhere nicer. My advice to you would be do not try and save your money by booking here, you will barely sleep and regret your choices. Unfortunately, staying here was my biggest regret of the trip.
