• Hilda (7/5): Adequate! - TV area needs some updating and rearranging. No dish cloth and only one dish towel...pots and pans needed to be washed before using.
• Tara (6/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay. - Location There were dirty washcloths and hand towel left in washer. There was also a dirty washcloth left hanging on clothes rod in bedroom closet. The parking spot for this condo is a tight spot
• Rob (7/5): Good - Rooms are decent sized, quiet area. Not clean at all, clearly hadn’t been cleaned well. No wifi at all, pool not that clean either. Also a fair walk away from the main strip in the area.
• Norwood (5/5): I was terribly disappointed. The room was dirtty, the comforters were stained. Not happy…, - It had a pool…. It was dirty and parking was terrible
• Stacy (7/5): We loved Gulf Shores. - The condo is located a little further down from the hot spots, which I liked especially since there isn’t a crosswalk for the beach access. The couch is different from the picture and isn’t very comfortable and had tons of sand in the cushions. We threw a sheet over it. We got there early and there isn’t anywhere to put your luggage or change, so be prepared if you plan on going straight to the beach. My husband got sick on the trip and we requested an extra set of sheets bc he was having night sweats and was told they only provided the one set and to “kindly” wash them. They were quick to respond to questions. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved the beach. We traveled with a ball team and went to several other parts of the beach and preferred our area. It is a good value and the beach is very easy to access. The couch, accommodating (sheets), parking space is really hard to get in and out of if you have a SUV/truck

• Jessica (9/5): Beautiful! - I loved how nice Seabreeze is, it was a little far from beach access. Beach access needs to be closer or better options to get to the beach.

• Stacey (8/5): This apartment was a nice choice for us for our trip. - The bedrooms were nice - each with a TV, spare pillows and blankets, etc., the kitchen was decent (and included some basic paper/cleaning supplies), both bathrooms were stocked with towels/basic supplies, and the apartment was clean. The pool downstairs was clean and refreshing, and the elevators were clean and fast. Also, you could see the beach a bit from the window, which was nice. We were unable to access wifi, other than the TV, which became a problem for work. The wifi access instructions that were included were not accurate, and so we contacted Vacasa for help. We were told to contact the wifi service provider, but that felt like something that we shouldn't have had to do. The information to connect should have been clear and in the initial instructions. The beach access was across the street and near the access for a hotel. Not far to walk (less than 0.10 mile), but the security guard for the hotel was a bit aggressive/intrusive. He was not always there though.

• Linda (8/5): Very good - View from window. Kitchen was well stocked. Being on the 3rd floor really gave you a few of the ocean. Bathrooms were small especially the one in the back bedroom. Did not care for the glass coffee table as with the room being pie shaped, ran into the corners a few times. A smaller one would be preferable.

• Kathleen (6/5): I had to find out what cable company they used and called them myself to fix the issue with WiFi. They had a faulty cab - It was clean Several issues with no one ever contacting me about them

We would stay again ! - The room was exactly like the picture it was clean the pool clean it was very quiet resort even though there were other families with children The place had everything we needed from paper towels to tissues and plenty of towels. The thing I love the most was the managing team Vasaca! They sent me emails , reminders they checked on us and when we text them they text us right back . This management group went beyond our expectations. We would rent again from them
