• Elisabetta S. (9/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 5 giorni durante il nostro viaggio a Londra e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è molto comoda: l’alloggio si trova su una strada principale, a un paio di minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line), comodissima per raggiungere il centro e le principali attrazioni. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono anche diverse fermate bus, supermercati e locali. La pulizia è stata impeccabile per tutto il soggiorno, ogni giorno veniva effettuato il servizio in camera con cambio asciugamani. Utile anche la presenza di frigorifero e microonde, perfetti per organizzarsi con colazioni, snack o pasti veloci. L’unica piccola pecca è la poca insonorizzazione delle camere, ma personalmente non ci ha creato particolari disagi e siamo riusciti comunque a riposare bene.

• Slavomír (9/5): - Good place near the bus stop and tube, many groceries, Sainsbury's across the road, and Lidl on the corner. The room was tied up and squeaky clean. Walk-in shower, microwave, servis with caffe and teas was set up. Noise from outside - not big deal, other neighbohords was silence during a nights. The hotel was good overall. Just note that the rooms do not come with kitchen amenities like plates or glasses, which is standard for this room type. It's not a complaint against the staff; in fact, housekeeping was very helpful and brought us some glasses when we asked. few glasses or plates will be great

• Cornelius (10/5): - The facility is very clean and very calm. The staff are friendly and efficient too. I think the only thing to add is a wall mirror so that guests can check themselves out after dressing. Also a sign post to make it easy to locate.

• Daisy (10/5): A great place to stay and highly recommend it. - The friendliness of the staff and the immaculate cleanliness of the room. The room is located in a prime location for shopping, restaurants and access to public transportation. Even though I bought my own towel and sheets because that's just something I do when I travel. The towels were a little dingy some days instead of crisp white. However I recommend the staff wear hairnets because there were strands of long loose hair in the room. Also there were two drinking glasses and two mugs in the room. However there weren't any plates nor silverware and paper towels in the kitchen area.

• Catia (8/5): Simple aparthotel with all the basics you need - great apartment, extremely well connected with the public transport (metro just 3 mins walking distance and multiple bus lines available. Housekeeping was amazing each day, we would return! if you are a light sleeper this is not going to be a good choice. You could hear everything going on, from guests snoring and having arguments to TV's playing into the night

There is also a separate USB charger in socket. Аvailability of a kitchen There is no soundproofing; you can hear all the conversations from the neighboring rooms and even from the floor above. The maids sometimes start making noise from 9 am, and at night the neighbors until 2 am. There were also no plates or utensils, although there is a kitchen in the room. And the sheets were too small and kept rolling up. The rating is so low because of the noise.

La camera era molto piccola, ricavata in un sottoscala, una specie di garage, senza finestre, ma con due aperture orizzontali molto piccole poste in alto all'altezza del soffitto. Inoltre all'esterno proprio al di sotto di queste aperture erano posizioni grossi contenitori di spazzatura dai quali provenivano cattivi odori. Inoltre al letto matrimoniale erano state messe lenzuola e coperte per letti singoli, comunque molto piccole in quanto fuoriuscivano dai bordi. La stanza infine era vicinissima alla metro e si sentivano i rumori dei treni. A seguito di opportuna segnalazione della problematica ci è sta fornita una stanza più ampia al secondo piano, piu adeguata. L'ultimo giorno, infine, hanno dimenticato di fornirci le asciugamani per le mani e per la doccia.

It was clean and basic essentials were there. The owner had given us every detail before arriving on how to get into the flat (WhatsApp needed).

• GIUSEPPEVEGAN (7/5): Per la seconda volta qui! - Facile da raggiungere, collegato con vari bus e la fermata metro "Turnpike lane". Piacevole stare lì. Bagno carino. Pulizia andava bene. Ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani una volta in 4 notti, non le lenzuola. Apprezzati frigo e microonde. Molti rumori notturni di cui alcuni provenivano da un cunicolo ricavato nella parete con un asse di legno rotante a chiusura di fronte alla nostra stanza (secondo noi sembrava essere occupato da qualcuno durante la notte, poi magari ci sbagliamo). Abbiamo chiesto dei cuscini supplementari per dormire meglio in quanto quelli che c'erano erano bassi però non sono stati portati in stanza dopo la richiesta.

• Simonetta (4/5): Why you call studio a single room? - Location was absolutely good, I love that area I booked a so called "Studio" thinking it was a studio flat but was a small single room. Too expensive you can find hotel cheaper rooms!! Cleaning service excellent but the noise didn't allow me to sleep at night.

• Ella (8/5): Very noisey but clean and good location - Communication with the owners was very good, property was clean in side the rooms but a little worn hall way doors ect Unfortunately the noise of the other people in the apartments made it unbearable to sleep, banging of doors constantly screaming shouting, no thought of what time it was even at 3am, No fault to the owner but very thin walls and we could here every foot step and bang and conversations with most of neighbours .
