• siemsglüß (7/5): - Das Personal war super hilfsbereit, wir hatten große Probleme mit unserem Bahnticket und die Dame am Empfang hat für uns sehr lange telefoniert um uns zu helfen. In der Zimmerbeschreibung war nicht klar beschrieben dass das Zimmer kein einziges Fenster hat,daher hat man sich nicht so wohl gefühlt. Leider gab es auch einige nicht gereinigte Stellen im Zimmer, in der Dusche klebte noch der Schaum vom Vorgänger, der Tisch klebte, an der Wand waren auch klebrige verfärbte Stellen und die Zahnputzbecher waren ebenfalls benutzt gewesen. Die Bettwäsche war allerdings sehr sauber.

The small fridge in the room was very loud. But the worst part, their laundry service lost a towel and a sock from us. They didn't seem to want to fix their mistake, only when we really put the pressure on, they were able to resolve it eventually.

• Pauline (5/5): Gut im von dort weiterzufahren - Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhof Ninh Binh und zwischen dem beiden Stadtkernen Ninh Binh und Tamcoc. Mit Roller oder Grab gut zu navigieren, Flussläufen ist es schwer. Der Pool auf dem Dach bietet eine tolle Aussicht Obwohl das Hotel noch sehr neu ist, wirkt es leider etwas lieblos und hastig zusammengebaut. Viele Dinge waren lose oder schlecht montiert. Das Zimmer war eher ungemütlich. Der Pool war etwas dreckig
• Petronella (9/5): - We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen en ook al waren we ver voor incheck tijd, mochten we toch op de kamer. Heerlijk bex, fijne douche en er werd met zorg op onze fietsen gepast. Extra sloten en gebarricadeerd met scooters. S avonds even het zwembad in is een aanradr, alleen al vanwege het uitzicht. Jammer dat we extra voor ontbijt moesten beyalen, fat was ons niet duidelijk. Ontbijt eas wel prima trouwens.
• Michał (7/5): Good location, just to get some rest - Location was nice, beside busy street but windows were noise proof. I wouldn't open them because of smoke form streets anyway. AC was working fine and room was spacious. Bathroom was open, so after each shower it was hard to get out dry because everything was wet. Besides everything was "low quality", quite different from the pictures. Bathtub was swaying, there was hair in the drainage and swimming pool leaves a lot to be desired, including not existing bar and few sunbeds. Best part of it was view, because it is located on the roof.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. From the moment we entered the room, it was immediately clear that the condition did not match what was advertised in the photos or description. The room was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness: there was a dead cockroach on the floor, visible dust clumps in multiple areas, as well as hair and even fingernails left behind. This is completely unhygienic and far below any reasonable standard. Everything.

There was loud music repeatedly the first two days of our trip. it was so loud it woke us up numerous times. The staff were very apologetic and asked the neighbours to stop when I brought it to their attention.

Pani recepcjonistka włada językiem angielskim co jest jak wiemy w Wietnamie rzadkie, jest bardzo pomocna, uprzejma i proponuje różne rozwiązania. Był to najlepszy hotel w jakim spałam w Wietnamie. Basen na dachu czysty i zadbany. Cały hotel jest w bardzo dobrym stanie. Polecam bardzo bardzo bardzo. Śniadania mogły by być lepsze ale to wciąż nie zaniża mojej oceny. Jestem pod względem jedzenia wybredna.
• Andre (8/5): Größtenteils moderne und hochwertige Zimmer mit kleinen Minuspunkten - Modern ausgestattet, es wirkte alles noch sehr neu, das Bett war wirklich sehr sehr bequem. Trotz des guten modernen und neuwertigen Eindrucks gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die noch optimiert werden können. Eine viel zu kleine Toilettenbrille auf eine zu große Toilette zu montieren trübte den sonst wertigen Gesamteindruck. Eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier stand uns zur verfügung, selbst nach der Zimmerreinigung gab es keine neue. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abgelegen, quasi genau zwischen dem Stadtzentrum und den Touristenhotspots.

The room was very nice and well isolated from outside noice. We chose the hotel as it was close to the train station, however we did not realize there were pretty much no restaurants on walking distance to the hotel.

Honestly recom - The reception ladies were absolutely delightful, helping us find things to do in Ninh Binh, a great restaurant recommendation to eat at and even booking the boat trip for us, at no extra cost. The hotel room is absolutely delightful. Ultra modern furniture with led lights embeded within, led mirrors in the main room and the bathroom and bluetooth music system embeded in the bedside tables. Super modern room done with great western taste, fantastic for business trips or travelling partners. Attention to detail of the room design, the entryway of the hotel and reception and breakfast areas. Sincerely the best accommodation we staid at in the entire Vietnam so far. Night staff radiates extra friendliness and remembered our breakfast order the next morning and prepared it for us right away when we came down. Delicious as well. We used the laundry service, very convenient to not have to go look for a service yourself. Right in between Old Town and Trang An/Tom Coc. Hotel opened only a few months ago, so it’s all brand new. Wireless charging for your phone on the night stands. Bathroom stayed very wet after showering.
