Doch bei uns klappte das mit vorher zahlen nicht. Wir sind dann einfach angekommen, als jemand dort war der uns hineingelassen hat und alles erklärte...

• Joris Verheijen (9/5): Fijn hotel dichtbij het strand - De hulp van het personeel. Mooi nieuw hotel met veel faciliteiten. Locatie dicht bij het strand. Fijn zwembad. Het bed was aan de kleine kant voor ons Nederlanders. De douchewand lekte, wat onhandig was. De code werkte aan het begin niet. Handdoeken werden niet verschoond.
• Konstantin (10/5): Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überragend - Super modernes Hotel mit tollem Personal. Speziell den Barkeeper am Abend ist hierbei zu erwähnen. Tolle Outdoor Küche mit BBQ. Gute Lage zum Strand (Teil des Nationalparks, daher kostenpflichtig). In der Umgebung gibt es kaum (gute) Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Dafür aber einen großen Supermarkt.

The rooms were very clean, and it was nice to have coffee, microwave and mini fridge. The pool area was super nice, everything was beautiful. The beds were quite uncomfortable, and the 2 pillows on the bed were either too big and hard or too thin. Didn't sleep great any of the nights there.

• Jaqueline (8/5): Amazing location and beautiful hotel! - Amazing location paired with lovely facilities made for a really enjoyable stay. Susana was especially welcoming and friendly, which added a personal touch to the experience. It’s also worth noting that although you’re given an access code, there are usually staff on-site, which is reassuring. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the addition of a mini fridge is a great bonus. The main drawback was the pool area. Although it’s a beautiful and inviting space, there aren’t enough lounge chairs, and it frequently felt overcrowded, making it difficult to find a place to sit and unwind. Given the available space, a more thoughtful layout or additional seating would greatly enhance the experience.

• Karolin (4/5): - Die Lage ist fußläufig zum Meer und die Zimmer relativ neu. Trotzdem floss die Dusche nicht ab. Wir haben eine Mitarbeiterin auf der Anlage "erwischt" und das Problem wurde behoben. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Damit sind alle positiven Fakten detailliert beschrieben. Die Wände sind hellhörig, man hört alles von den Nachbarn und der Bar! Der Pool ist nicht besonders sauber. Es gibt keinerlei Privatsphäre. Insgesamt bekommt man das Gefühl in einem sehr teuren Hostel (Mehrbettzimmer) zu übernachten. Die Unterkunft basiert auf Selbst-Check In, was das Gefühl unterstreicht. Das Geld kann man besser investieren.

• aviv (10/5): - המקום ממש יפה, החדרים נוחים ונקיים מאוד, המזגן חדש ועובד מצויין, הבריכות נקיות ומתוחזקות, השקעים של החשמל התאימו גם לחיבור אירופאי וזה היה מעולה שאין צורך במתאם ובנוסף היו כניסות של usb להטענה, הצוות היה ממש נחמד. הוילון לא היה אטום לגמרי ונכנס אור לחדר עם הזריחה

La porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas entièrement et qui n'est donc pas idéale pour avoir de l'intimité. Aussi, le fonctionnement du clavier pour ouvrir les portes n'est pas intuitif, mais on finit par comprendre.

Tiene una zona común muy cuidada atendida por personal interno y se mostraban amables si necesitabas algo. Era tranquilo lo que permite desconectar y a la vez cerca de la carretera para los destinos más turísticos y de una playa muy tranquila. La habitación era algo más pequeña de lo que se aprecia en las fotos y la cama es de 135cm.

• Jana (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft mit direktem Zugang zum Strand - Eine schöne Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Man hat sogar ein wenig Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr offen gestaltet, es gibt lediglich eine verschlossene Tür zu den Schlafzimmern und dem Bad. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral.

• Rahel (7/5): - es war sehr ruhig, das personal war freundlich, jedoch konnten nicht alle englisch bzw war nicht immer jemand da der es kann. der pool und die liegen sind gut das zimmer war feucht & da wir im EG waren, konnten wir unsere badetücher & bikinis nicht trocknen. der zugesandte code funktionierte nicht und hat auch bei anderen nicht funktioniert. zum glück kamen wir an, als noch jemand da war, der uns helfen konnte. ansonsten ist man verloren. es ist schade, das nicht immer jemand vor ort ist, der englisch spricht & dir bei anliegen helfen kann. die tücher haben leider auch gefehlt.

• Raimundo (10/5): Very well designed and stylish hotel in Uvita - The premises were absolutely amazing. Great design, very detailed oriented and everything well thought. They would definitely go back there in the future. The only thing was that the bathroom door of the room is a little bit thin, but definitely not a big problem either. There are other bathrooms outside too and very well maintained.

• Renske (8/5): Good - Very clean, modern and comfortable room. The location is great; 5 min walking distance from the beach. There is no desk / someone that welcomes you; they send you a code upon arrival that you can use to open your room. Therefore it feels more like an airbnb.

• Silvia (10/5): Very comfortable stay in beautiful hotel. - It’s a brand new hotel that’s gorgeously made with a sweet swimming pool and lounge area. If you book using booking.com, you have to pay again directly to the hotel as otherwise your place isn’t secure. And once I did this, it still took 3 hours to get the code to enter the facility and the keylock system didn’t work well when I tried it that evening nor in the morning. They may want to look into why there was this issue in taking so long to send out keycodes as well as why they didn’t work once we got there.

• María Ángeles (6/5): Una Villa precios pero para nuevos de la zona - Arquitectura muy original y sofisticada. Muebles de calidad Lugares comunes muy complejos y la piscina preciosa. Muy buena idea tener cocina comunitaria . Olor a nuevo Que las habitaciones no tiene terraza La ducha se nos inundó :/ pero debio ser por un probelma puntual de la ducha.

• Belinda (9/5): Clean and new - Clean, new and well located. There are restaurants a few minutes walk away. The hotel only told us about the one opposite which was soulless. When I looked on the internet I found some lovely ones within walking distance down a dirt track near beach. It said on booking.com that there was a terrace and I paid extra for this but non of the rooms have terraces. I knew there was no breakfast so that was my fault but the manager and owners just hang about trying to look busy on computers. I suggest they take 2 hours out of the day to provide breakfast. Likewise there is a nice bar with a coffee machine and beer. They could spend time behind the bar and give the place some atmosphere. It’s a shame really as the place could be lovely.
• Javier.arias (10/5): - Un hotel con encanto con mi buena ubicación e instalaciones comunes impresionantes. Personal muy agradable y familiar, buena limpieza y parking privado en el hotel. Muy cerca de playa Chamán y playa Colonia. Perfecto para ir andando hasta Cola de Ballena.
