• Feruza (5/5): Decent place, but definitely not "luxury suite" - Location It was not a "luxury suite" - the description is misleading. While the location is great and the unit is decent, it is not luxurious - everything is simple, but clean. So, I was disappointed because I was expecting more. Otherwise, a decent place to stay in the center of Paris.
• Kenny (9/5): - Het appartement is zoals je ziet op de foto's. Alles was super netjes. Prima locatie.. zalige douches met warm veelnwater!! Het inchecken verliep perfect en was tot in de puntjes uitgelegd. Als we een vraag hadden, kregen we meestal binnen de 15min antwoord. Een aanrader !!! We waren met 8 personen en een baby, het kookvuur was ok, maar niet echt geschikt om grote maaltijden klaar te maken. Soms hadden we wat gehoor van de bovenbuur, maar dat is een detail.. Een vaatwas zou een pluspunt zijn, zeker als je met een grote groep bent.

Fabulous location and has everything we needed for a family of 6. Staff were so great with communication and excellent entry instructions. Nothing at all.

• Jon (9/5): Buena estancia en París - Estaba localizado céntrico cerca de Pompidou y bastante cerca de Notre Dame Mucho espacio para 9 personas (6 adultos 3 niños) No tiene aire acondicionado y los días de calor si con el ventilador no es suficiente y necesitas abrir la ventana, es una calle con bastante movimiento. Con la ventana cerrada no se oye el ruido Acceso por escalera, bastante estrecha
• Marija (8/5): Great location, friendly hosts, functional. - The location was great, very easy to get everywhere on foot, we hardly needed the metro at all. The communication with the hosts was super easy over chat and in English, and they were super nice and helpful. They also had fans in every room which was great during a heat wave. The furniture is a bit worn out, but it was functional for our needs, we didn't do much in the apartment during the day. The floor is a bit uneven and the stairs to get to the apartment are a bit narrow, but I think that is to be expected in central Paris.

• Giannalisa (7/5): Paris loft apartment - The location was great. The apartment catered for us all, and we really enjoyed having a kitchen. It was clean and had everything we needed. The apartment needs more ventilation/air flow, it was very hot and stuffy. We had the fans going day and night and it was difficult to sleep. The showers kept flooding, you need to look into that. The front door looks like it needs fixing and the second door is broken. For security purposes, you really should get it fixed.
• Kristen (8/5): I would not stay here again - I received access code for lock box as we arrived in Paris at 17.30hrs. The delay was caused by host, who repeatedly requested credit card details and passport ID via private email instead of via booking.com. The host did not send link for these details, as they should have via booking.com as required until 2hrs prior to check in and following 6 conversations I had with booking.com As were traveling for UK the same day, this became extremely stressful especially as we were travelling with children and arriving early evening. I will not stay at accomodation owned by Merveil group again as they clearly do not follow privacy policy set out by booking.com and I would not expect to have personal details such as Passport ID and CC details demanded over a personal email ie lea.louis.accueil_kwob9gk@user.guesty.com I spoke with booking.com multiple times, reported the issue suspecting emails may not be legitimate and I was not willing to share personal and financial details off the booking.com platform The apartment is surrounded by Adult sex shops

• Kara (1/5): Horrible - At Calling this place « luxury » and « family friendly » is simply false advertising with the intention of deception. The building is a dump, the walls of the building are not even painted and finished, and the staircase leading up to the apartment looks like a scene out of a horror movie. Apartment located right next to a sex shop, and on the same street as MULTIPLE sex shops, which of course means the crowd at night is less than ideal for a family stay. Street is loud with drunk people screaming all night. Pictures of furniture here are FALSE it is different furniture, stained and cheap. Asked for high chairs and cots for our babies, and we arrived and there were none, so our babies had no where to sleep. The check in process is ridiculous and complex. The management company provides bad service and is engaging in false advertising trying to attract families to stay here (and engaging in significant over charging) which is clearly illegal. Will be filing a formal complaint. Booking.com needs to remove this listing immediately. Do not stay here you will be disappointed!
• Sokunthearoth (3/5): We will not return and would not recommend a family with small children! - Unfortunately, we did NOT like the property at all! It is completely an exaggeration to call it a “luxury” loft. The only good thing is the central location. There were many things we did NOT like! The entrance to the building is small, dirty, and has a musty odor. The street is full of tourists and loud - not children friendly especially with all the sex toys store next door. The apartment is old and smells musty! It is far from being a luxurious place. The toilet has no ventilation and it smells like urine the entire stay. Also, the furnishings shown in the pictures are not the actual furnishings in the apartment (yellow sofa in website is not the apartment). You should consider posting the actual pictures of the apartment. The door knob came off on one of the bedrooms and the sofas are dirty and stained. After a long day discovering Paris, this is not a comfortable place to come back to. Wish we had positive things to say about the apartment.
