Shawn (5/5): - Room door didn't close all the way on its own, had to make sure it was definitely closed. Shower door opening was not square. Obvious gaps at the top of the frame.
Carol (9/5): - Easy check in, very clean (of course, it is brand new). Comfortable bed. It was so new that GPS could not get us there. We could see and able to figure out how to get there. By now, road should be open.

PARKING SPACES ARE REDICULOUS I AM HANDICAPPED BUT MY TRUCK WOULD NOT FIT IN ANY OF THE HANDICAPPED SPACES. THEY WERE EVEN LABLED "COMPACT".

Julie (9/5): The location was perfect for us, room was good overall. - Loved the bed and the pillows, except for the bug in one of them. According to my cousin that lives in Mesa, it is a common bug that's everywhere. I did not like the fact that the room had a complete kitchen setup, but no plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. This stay was so short that it really didn't matter. The room (on third floor) had wimpy shower pressure.

Erin (9/5): Clean room, comfy bed, reasonable price - The negative Google reviews had me worried but we did not run into any of the issues other guests had complained about. The AC worked great. Beds were super comfortable. Room was clean. Yes, the price was a little high but between Spring training, youth sports season, and the Renaissance Festival it was about as cheap as you can expect for the east part of the valley this time of year. I agree with the folks who have said breakfast would typically be included at most comparable hotels. Maybe that's something they can integrate in the future. It's a new hotel, so that may still be making adjustments.

Ezequiel (1/5): After a six-hour drive from San Diego with three kids and a 3-month-old baby, we were met not with hospitality, but with - Absolutely nothing. 1 Star – The Most Disgraceful and Unprofessional Hotel Experience of My Life I rarely leave reviews, but what I experienced at this property was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. Check-in was clearly stated as 3:00 PM. I arrived at 3:30 PM completely reasonable. The front desk was empty. No sign. No explanation. No acknowledgment. My wife, our three children including our 3-month-old infant and I stood there waiting like we didn’t matter. We waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to the desk. I had prepaid this reservation in full three weeks prior. When the front desk attendant finally appeared, I was casually told there were “complications” with my reservation and that she needed to speak with the manager. No apology. No urgency. No empathy. Just indifference. We were then left sitting in the lobby until 4:15 PM — over an hour past official check-in time with a newborn baby. Anyone who has traveled with small children understands how exhausting and stressful that is. There were no updates, no transparency, and no attempt to accommodate us while we waited. I had to repeatedly approach the desk just to ask what was going on. What made the situation even worse and what truly crossed the line was witnessing the manager openly yelling at an elderly woman who was attempting to submit a complaint. Yelling. In the lobby. In front of families and other guests. The tone was aggressive, dismissive, and completely disrespectful. Watching a so-called manager speak to a paying guest especially an older woman with that level of hostility was shocking and honestly disgusting. If that is how leadership behaves publicly, it speaks volumes about the culture of this establishment. As a business owner myself, I understand that problems happen. Systems glitch. Staff make mistakes. What separates a professional operation from a failing one is accountability and empathy. This property demonstrated neither.
