- Ian (9/5): - Location, comfort The check in system. Through Bookings, the email deletes the link to the MadeComfy check in. I had to ring MadeComfy, the knew of this issue, so why isn’t there a work a round like a separate email for Bookings clients?
- Rosalie (10/5): A lovely apartment, the rental company was on the ball, instructions were clear. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - Close to shops and restaurants, in the heart of Canberra. There is a park opposite. The apartment has a great view. It is spacious and had everything we needed. Nothing.
- Coletti (9/5): - It just lacked some kitchenware such as cups/utensils. There was only 2 glasses and a couple sets of cutlery so had to wash them lots.
And the ironing board didn’t have a cover so couldn’t use it.
Apart from that it was fantastic!

- Richard (8/5): - Unit and stay was good, great location, we walked everywhere. The booking process was not good. We booked and paid via Booking.com then the host said we had to verify our identity by clicking on links that booking.com removed from the messages. The host said if we don't provide ID documents they would cancel our booking and we would NOT recieve a refund. Booking.com were no help when we contacted them even though what the host was doing is against booking.com's rules.

- Jacqueline (6/5): Pleasant - It was beautifully equipped with a great view, central location and was spotlessly clean.
On the downside, I asked for an early check in, because my flight got me to town well before 3pm. They told me I could arrive early if I paid an extra $100! Or they would give me a massive (!) 10% discount to use a company called Stasher to hold my bags. (I checked, and the nearest Stasher venue was an hour from the apartment!)
in all the years that I have been using Booking.com and Airbnb, this is the first time that this has happened. Usually, if the property is empty before I arrive, the host is only too happy to let me go in an hour or too early, without extra charge. Or offer to hold my bags.
I told the this to the host for this property on Booking.com they didn’t reply!
The same applied when I dared to mention a late check out.
- Tim (9/5): A very enjoyable stay. Would definitely return to this property and recommend to others - Limited kitchen crockery. Only 3 cups , 3 bowls, 3 glasses so hand washed everything as too few stuff to use dishwasher. Sofa very small. No ironing board cover

- Deborah (8/5): Great Spot for a Weekend Break - Overall, the property is well appointed and comfortable. Restaurants, cafes and public transport are all within an easy walk. There is also a large Shopping Centre close by. We didn't receive the check-in information before we left at 9am, for our 4 and a half hour drive. Consequently, the keys and parking information wasn't on-hand when we arrived. I would suggest that we could have been given more information beforehand so that we were familiar with the parking, at least. We also had a smoke alarm beeping for 3 days. The company managing the property, remotely, weren't able to get anyone out to change the batteries until after we'd left.
