- Elyse (8/5): Beautiful property marred by intrusive and complex access process - The property is very very good. Great location, comfortable beds, high end appointments. Spotless. Our key issue was, well, the keys. Or rather, the clunky app that you have to download so your phone becomes the key. The whole process of getting “approved” for access (even though booked through Booking.com, which has all our details) was unnecessarily intrusive - photos of ID, biometric data. And then they wanted details for everyone staying so they could download the stupid app. The privacy “consent” runs to pages. I yearned for an old fashioned code or lock box (my parents would never cope).
In terms of the property: the bathroom fan sounds like a jet engine. If someone turns on the light to go to the loo during the night everyone gets woken up. And the couches aren’t very comfortable if you want to lounge on them to watch a movie.

- Jay (8/5): - The location was fantastic. Very close to shops and restaurants. Also a lovely park across the road. The apartment was very spacious. The access to the building and room was horrible. We had to wait for an hour outside because the app wouldn't upload the key to my phone. It then took 3 days to get the key uploaded to my wife's phone. If your app doesn't work properly, you lose all access to the building. The staff were very helpful when you spoke to them but as I believe it's an overseas call centre things don't happen quickly. I wouldn't stay at that property again because of the access issues.
- Cerae (9/5): Great stay and would definitely stay again - Brilliant location and great apartment Only one tv remote for two tvs, so you could be attempting to turn one off and the other would turn on. Would has been great to be able to open the locked windows in the bedroom to let in fresh air
- Emma (10/5): - Absolutely loved it! It's modern, incredibly clean, perfect location and has everything you need! The check in process was a horrible experience for us. It took 5 hours worth of correspondence with staff to try and arrange access.
