• Wendy (2/5): This accomodation is sub standard to say the least and definitely not what we paid for - Well located next to lakelands golf course with a lovely view. The microwave was rusted out in the bottom rendering it dangerous. The dryer was full of lint which was a fire hazard. The drum made a terrible noise making it unusable. The furniture was all damaged with bedside tables covered in paint pot rings. The bed pillows were very old and stained. The towel rail fell off the en-suite wall. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment accomodating 4 people. There were only 3 wine glasses, 2 coffee cups, no water glasses, 3 dining chairs, only 4 towels with none for the pool. The chopping boards were heavily stained as if they hadn’t been cleaned. The couch cushions were heavily stained. The garage for the unit was full of mess including used food packets which was very unhygienic. The staff were very slow in responding and told us repairs couldn’t happen until the day before we left. As we stayed 6 nights this was unacceptable. We have applied for a refund but this hasn’t happened. We are very frustrated!

We left before 10:00 a.m. and placed the keys in the locker as requested. Concerning the $500 charge, we do not agree with it. The issue with the washing machine occurred because the hose was improperly installed. This caused water to leak into the apartment. During our stay, no one came to fix the problem, and we had to improvise a temporary solution ourselves (using a bucket to hold the hose) so that we could use the washing machine. We therefore do not accept this charge, as the problem was due to the original installation and not to any misuse on our part. When I arrived the garage did not work. Then I was asked to replace the batteries, which was not really planned. And finally, when it still didn't work, they said they would send someone, but the whole time you were there, no one came.

• Louise (5/5): Stressful ! - I could not enjoy my stay as i was very stressed by the Made Comfy team - as the key was not in the luck box this caused our booking to be cancelled. The Made Comfy teams failure to help us when the key was not in the lock box.
• Mohsen (7/5): Good Location - The location was great. The unit was clean. Some furniture was broken: shower head, trash bin, many missing indoor and outdoor chairs. The roller of curtain in the smaller room wasn't working well. There were several mold spots on the master bedroom's curtain. There should have been some salt and cooking oil in the unit.
• Hannah (1/5): This property should not have been available to book in the state it was in, no pest control - Nothing It was infested with mouse poo all over the surfaces, near microwave and fridge, we found live cockroaches roaming the kitchen, property stunk overwhelmingly bad like mice, so we couldn’t stay, it was the most unpleasant place. Me and my family couldn’t stop coughing. My husband had to brush mouse poo off his side of the bed before getting in. The main bed didn’t have a mattress protector- we could see the mattress pattern through the sheet. We were booked for 3 nights but it was too late for us on the first night to find anywhere else to stay. We left the next morning.

• Gail (6/5): Pleasant - Location. Quietness. Scenery Hard mattress, TV in main room wasn't working, WIFI turned off the night before we left. One of the double sinks in the bathroom took a long time to get rid of water in the sink..blind in single rooms wouldn't stay up and all blinds were disgustingly filthy
• Frann (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious, clean, well appointed. The instructions on arrival were a series of photos but very little explanation. No instructions on how to enter gated community if arriving back after the gates close.

• Kristy (3/5): Very unpleasant - Aircons were full of mould bedroom blinds were mouldy the washing machine flooded the apartment so we were moved before our event which resulted in canceled Ubers being at our even 2 hours after planned the unit also had a musty smell upon arrival
• Sarah (4/5): Good location however, not worth what we paid. - View Not clean, old food left in cupboard. Mattress was old and very uncomfortable. The washing machine leaked all over the floor. Instructions were not very good on check in. Did not give floor number and garage had items so had to move them to be able to park. The property is not well maintained.

• Melissa (3/5): very unclean rooms, would never recommend. - the location was the only thing going for it it was dirty, food wrappers under our bed. someone’s shoes in the wardrobe. broken toilet roll holder, broken blinds. tiles looked liked they’d been mopped with a dirty mop & were sticky, not clean at all. main bed had slats missing which we found just randomly in the wardrobe. the second basin in ensuite was blocked & looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. cobwebs in lounge room, food scraps under lounge. balcony rail covered in cobwebs. pedestal fan in main bedroom was covered in dust. we have taken photos & videos. I have never stayed in such dirty accommodation. would never recommend. oh and one of the towels had dirt on it. just disgusting. if accommodation wasn’t so hard to get on the Gold Coast I would not have even stayed one night, but we had no choice.
• Natasha (7/5): Good - location mattress was the worst I have slept on, could feel the springs. Our feet were black from how dirty the floor was.
