• Carlos (7/5): - Very new hotel, big, clean and comfortable rooms Even tho complimentary, breakfast was a bit meh, so was the room for it, during rush hours there isn't enough seats for everybody and the area where the food is is way to small, so it gets crowded easily. I have stayed at plenty of hotels with breakfast and I've never seen muffins cut in quarters like they do at this hotel, a bit cheap and stingy. Also with the pool being next to the lobby, the smell of chlorine is very overwhelming as you walk in each time.

• Sherry (9/5): Lovely new hotel. - All around great stay. Breakfast area offered a great view and a nice breakfast selection. Second day of our stay, the Jets in the hot tub weren't working. A slight disappointment but the pool and hot tub were lovely and we enjoyed them the first day.

• Dawn (8/5): Very nice hotel with great staff, nice rooms, walk-in shower and although we didn’t use the pool it looked inviting and - Clean, loved our room with the bunks, breakfast was good, staff were great. Property was great. Only complaint was the loud guests at 2:00 am.

• Thomas (4/5): Disappointing Overnight Stay - The hotel’s suite was very spacious & clean. I have personal allergies and documented this issue when making the reservations through Booking.com. During our overnight stay, I heard the noises of pets and when departing the hotel I observed two dogs going into the room next door. When I checked out, I addressed the issue with the front staff employee and she informed me that only “select” rooms on my floor were assigned as “pet friendly “. I informed the employee that when checking in, that I should have been informed of their pet policy and placed onto a different floor with no pets. The hotel “dropped the ball” and failed to accommodate the needs of their customers. This is being provided for future reference for other potential hotel guests.

The interior is very new and modern. Nice pool and hot tub, breakfast we decent. Rooms are large and comfortable. We enjoyed how comfortable the beds were and the bathroom is modern and spacious. Perhaps more offerings at breakfast? Although we liked how clean the hotel is, the smell of disinfectant in the lobby was quite powerful when checking in.

• desire (10/5): Worth every penny. - Hassle free stay with unbelievable personal touches in room care and dinning area during breakfast. Could do with a second lift to enhance customers’ experience.

• Joyce (8/5): Clean, but noisy - Rooms were very spacious and clean. Do NOT take room 404, it is right under the breakfast room and all you hear is chairs scrapping on the floor in the morning. Not very soundproof from the hall either.

• Vivian (5/5): Good for value, but try not to stay on the 4th floor. - The bed is comfortable, the included breakfast is nice. Forced to wake up every morning at 6:30am as our room is directly underneath the breakfast lounge. It’s not the people walking, is the constant chairs scraping on the floor whenever someone leave the table or move the chair. Placement of the pot lights overall are in a position when you lie in bed, it’s too bright .

• Amy (10/5): Excellent Hotel! Super clean! - We loved how clean it was! Breakfast was also really good. And the staff were super friendly and helpful! The parking in the back of the building is too dim and empty so we were scared it'll get broken into. However, they let us park in the front of the hotel so that was nice and bright!
