Bien provisto de menaje. El sitio inmejorable para ir andando a todos los lugares de interés del centro: Louvre, Palais Royal, Opera, Chatelet,... Casi nada. El portal se ve antiguo, pero tiene encanto y recuerda al viejo Paris.

Very beautiful old and authentic building. Super comfortable apartment. Great communication speed from hosts. Large comfortable rooms. Comfortable, clean bedding. Safe and vibrant neighbourhood. 2 separate toilets and 2 separate bathrooms so convenient for large groups. Other people in the building so friendly. No late check out, (cleaning team tried to get in at 10am! No oven. No baggage storage facilities after check out. Window panes all wood rotten so hard to open and close, but ALL very manageable minor issues and should not stop you from staying here. Great place.

• Gail (7/5): Ok for a quick break with family, - Central location, easy to get to and on a quiet street. Nice big bedrooms with comfy beds. Not enough outside chairs, very exposed outside. Only 2 showers. Not well maintained.
• Joe (1/5): Do not stay here.it is overpriced and in terrible condition - Location This is one of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. Mould all over the bathrooms, the shower is falling apart. The shelving’s units break, and it is unbelievably expensive. It does not look like the photos and having travelled to Paris consistently for the last 10 years, I would tell you to stay away from here
• Kristina (1/5): Overpriced and Misrepresented – Would Not Recommend - Good location, many sights in walking distance, many bedrooms. Friendly concierge chat. The apartment is advertised as a luxury property, but in reality, everything is of low quality. Essential items were missing—for example, there was no soap provided for handwashing. The shower was leaking so badly that water flowed out of the bathroom and into the hallway. The WiFi was unreliable and only worked in parts of the apartment. On top of that, there was no possibility to leave our luggage after check-out. Overall, this stay did not offer any value for the price charged. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend this property under any circumstances.

• Reuben (6/5): Pleasant - Communication was poor and made it difficult to check in. Only given one set of keys. Some of the apartment was dirty and falling apart. It was in a great location and plenty of space for a lot of people.
• `brian (9/5): Excellentb - Location is great, apartment is spacious. Loved the terrace. Comfortable beds. There is only one smallish Smart TV and the free stream service didn’t seem to work. Offered to send a technician to fix it but in the end this wasn’t very important for us so we declined. Just a minor irritation really.

I would have preferred more than one key as there were 7 of us and it meant we all had to go out together and return at the same time.A dishwasher would be an asset in the kitchen.

• Marshall (10/5): Well-appointed apartment in a splendid location - Great place! Plenty of room, two toilets and two separate showers. Three of the rooms are on one hall, another room is somewhat further down the hall, and one room is off the living room. Everything is in great shape. Lots of storage space (except for one room - see below). The service from the management company was exceptional. I messaged them at 1 AM looking for some more supplies and got an immediate response! And what I asked for showed up in the morning a few hours later. The location is great, too. Right around the corner from the Galerie Vivienne and Le Grand Colbert, a wonderful restaurant. We couldn't get the TV to work, but then again, we weren't in Paris to watch TV. I don't even know why we were trying. The largest bedroom, the one with two beds, has a wardrobe to hang things up in but doesn't have any cupboards or drawers to put things in. I thought that was odd as the other rooms all have extensive storage systems. I had some difficulty with Booking.com adjusting the number of people staying there. The apartment is required to charge city tax on the number of people staying there for a certain number of nights. They get this information from Booking.com. But for some reason Booking.com couldn't or wouldn't adjust the number after I told them that we weren't filling this apartment for a week, so I wound up paying city tax for 42 person/nights (7 people for 6 nights) even though we only occupied it for 32 person/nights. This was not a problem with the management but rather a problem with Booking.com. So be careful about this before you finally book. Note that they don't send you the information about how to get in until the day before you arrive. This is probably so that you can't go in before you're supposed to, which is understandable. But it means if you're busy the day before you arrive, as we were, you might not have much time to sort out any problems, such as my issue with the city tax.
• Marietherese (9/5): Great Location, Super comfortable beds Best for 6-7 people. - Location was excellent, easy access to many places and walking distance to all thew sites. Beds were all super comfortable and Apartment temperature was just right for time of year The TV did not work despite the instructions which was frustrating. 1 roll of toilet paper between 5 people was somewhat shocking. Apparently we could have requested more. We did not cook but facilities to do so are limited. A wine opener would also have been helpful. It is advertised for 12/14 people but that would be very tight.

Love that we were walking distan - Great location, not far from transportation, cafes, shops, the Louvre. No A/C, only 2 fans, no ventilation in bathrooms. Church bells ring literally every 15 minutes so sleeping in was a challenge.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Apartment living in Paris - Great location. Very safe area. Good size bedrooms, comfy beds. Smaller communal area, plenty space for us (7) and seating for 10-12. Kitchen had a full complement of glasses, mugs, wines glasses, dishes, plates, cooking pots, chopping board, bread knife and silverware. Coffee pods supplied for Nespresso machine, and tea bags, but FYI no other food basics at all. Easy entry, door code & key in lock box, plus helpful option to do a luggage drop off whilst cleaners were there at 2pm. Cute tiny interior courtyard patio. Delicious bakery for breakfast pastries just 2 minutes down the street. 30 minute walk from Gare du Nord. Easy walk to several Metro stations and the Louvre. Lack of dishwasher and oven - exactly as listed though.
• Michelle (9/5): Great location in Paris. - The location is priceless. Enough room for everybody. The staff was always accessible. Toilets and shower areas are separated but we got used to.
• Carol (9/5): A wonderful stay in a great city! - This large property easily accomodated our family of 8 adults. It was in a superb location with easy access to Paris landmarks/tourist spots, dining, grocery stores, and bars. We really appreciated the outdoor dining area and the common areas. The bedrooms were much larger than we expected. The kitchen had a great size fridge and was well stocked with dishes etc. It would have been nice to have a dish cloth and towel for doing dishes. Would highly recommend this place for a great stay in Paris. We were asked to submit ID cards for all the guests just 24 hrs before we arrived (and we didn't know what ID cards were - but sent our passport pictures) to confirm our reservation and get the building/unit codes. Made for a tense moment as we didn't have copies of our adult children's passport photos (we arrived at 3 different times) so we were worried we couldn't access the building without the correct documentation, It all worked out in the end but did cause us some angst,
• Burke (7/5): Excellent location. Good value for money. - The location was really amazing! The property was in a beautiful building and a really nice size. We enjoyed our stay very much. The bathrooms weren't very well appointed to cater for 11+ guests and the kitchen was ill equiped as well. It was not clean, we required additional cleaning after our arrival. It slept 11 people comfortably, but there was limited cooking facilities to cater for a large group, no oven and no dishwasher.

Lovely outside space to sit for breakfast as well as dining and lounge area. Great location to get around Paris. Could not get hold of the host at all when I was struggling to find the key code on booking.com. No one answered and got a call back more than an hour later. The emergency number did not work. The code I tried ended up being different than the one that was given to me? No oven in the property (only hob) would have been a problem if we stayed for longer and no dishwasher would be an issue if we were a large group (I won't be booking there again when we come with more people). Outside tables were dirty with cigarette butts not cleaned.

The building itself is lovely and the location is excellent. Check in was easy and parking close enough to be convenient The apartment was lacking in a few facilities in the kitchen - no oven, tea towels, dishwashing liquid and not many basics in the kitchen. Also no shower soap in the bathrooms. For an apartment of this size for a family it would be nice if we could cook at home but the kitchen facilities are limited.

Non-working sinks, freezing cold, power outage that caused relocation to a horrid new location lacking basic supplies like toilet paper and hand soap.

• Naveen (4/5): little did we know , - Having 5 bedrooms n nice comfy Beds, lots of Towels 1. there was only one commode for 10 people 2. cannot make any sound, cant even walk normally inside the house 3.check in process was such a hazel ,have to be on the phone checking mails n replying while travelling 4.also they take a deposit over 1000 euros which should have been mentioned in big letters on booking.com 5.the person downstairs kept asking us to be quiet while walking up the stairs , and starts knocking on the walls at 11 pm sharp . 6. literally spent 3 hours daily in the apartment and had to walk on our toes n whisper to each other .

Possibility of arriving late as it was a code system to get the key. - The administrative procedures were a little longer than usual with booking ( safety deposit of 5000 euros….) - It was very warm in Paris when we were there and in 3 of the rooms the noise from the street was too loud to open windows at night. A fan in the bedrooms would have been a real plus. - just be conscious that it is 5 double beds. we were 9 ( 3 adults and 2 teens + 4 kids) so the kids had to share a bed. The double beds were big but more single beds would have been better for us.
• Rachel (7/5): Great weekend destination, perfect for a group and the accommodation couldn’t have been better located. - The property was spacious, all rooms were good sizes and nicely decorated and the location was excellent. At around 7.30am or earlier on Saturday morning building works were taking place in the apartment next door which was very noisy and disturbed our sleep. We would have appreciated some forewarning about this.

Needed better facilities for drying clothes and an iron would have been nice. it looked nicer in the photos than it actually was. Blanket on my bed was dirty.

Firm yet soft queen mattresses in every room. Well maintained and clean. Excellent space for 11 people. sunny patio. Two separate showers and two separate toilets were very much appreciated by the size of our group. Plenty of towels and excellent quick communication with the management.

• Sabrina (10/5): Lovely apartment - This apartment is absolutely a dream! I loved the attention to detail and how it looked exactly as shown in the pictures! We stayed there for 3 nights as a family of 10 (4 kids included) and we found it very spacious and comfortable for our needs especially for the little ones! Cosy is exactly how I would describe it cause we felt at home! The check in and check out are also very easy. Communication with the agency was excellent, they replied to my messages straight away and they've been very helpful every time I asked for something like when they suggested us a service to store our luggages on the last day. One of the guys (he was very friendly, can't remember the name sorry!) came to the apartment after our check-in to make sure everything was fine and we really appreciated that! The apartment is literally 2 steps away from every central place. We just loved it so much, nothing else to say! There is nothing we didn't like! Maybe it would be nice to find some toiletries.
• Danh (6/5): Pleasant - Location was 8 minutes walk to the Louvre Museum, and 4 minutes the subway station. Around the corner, bakery store was really good. So breakfast in the morning was convenient staying. I didn't like one set of key was provided. We all have to do things together, which imposed on us of 11. The living room was small and water leaks on few windows. The flooring was old, cracked.

• Aaliyah (10/5): The apartment had all of the amenities of home, and it made our stay in Paris, enjoyable. - Bright and spacious apartment close to restaurants, and short walking distance to the Louvre. I lastly, we all appreciated how warm and cozy the apartment was after a day of sight seeing in the chilly Paris weather this week. I also liked that the beds were comfortable, and the bedding was very cozy. The kitchen is well stocked and has all of the essentials for a quick meals and storing leftovers . I don’t think anyone would be disappointed by their stay at this place. It has all of the amenities of home. However, if there was anything that I would change, it would be a storage area or space to store bags within the apartment or nearby, parents for arrivals from abroad that are much earlier than check in. Our flight arrived to Paris at 7 AM and we wanted to go out and explore the town and storing our bags through a service was a bit complicated.l There is nanny bag service, but it is pretty far away, and paying for a whole extra night early just to store our luggage seemed unfeasible. It would’ve also be nice to have more than one set of keys just case some members of the group want to return to the flat earlier than the others after a day of sightseeing. The stairwell hallway has a strong smell (like some sort of gas,) but it does not smell that way inside the apartment.

We traveled with 10 (2 families) 5 bedrooms fit us perfectly. adequate room in the kitchen for us to share meals. We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment, but it was very comfortable for sharing some meals, sleeping and showering. We felt very lucky to have booked this place over the new year holiday when there weren't many lodgings available. The management company is very helpful. we were there in January and the apartment was very warm. The heating is controlled by the building so we were opening windows in the bedrooms. Rooms facing the street than had some street noises through the night. (with windows closed it was very quiet)

• Kim (9/5): Huge apartment in an ideal location - This place is perfect for groups. There’s five bedrooms and they all have queen beds. It’s nicely decorated and we loved the oasis of having a home over a hotel. Location is awesome. Great communication from property managers. It’s perfect!
• Ahmed (6/5): overall my family liked the property since it is wide and clean, except those negatives points I mentioned made the pric - the property is wide and clean in a good location toilets are separated from the bathrooms - we couldn’t use the TV and the stove- no air conditioning in the property
