Về phòng ốc thì mình thấy phòng sạch sẽ, đủ tiện nghi, riêng tư và phòng rất mới. Hạng phòng mình đặt là hạng tiết kiện thì không gian hơi bé chút nhưng vẫn oki nếu ở 2 khách. Mn có thể cân nhắc book hàng cao hơn tí, chênh lệch kh nhiều lắm nếu có nhiều hành lý thì sẽ rộng rãi hơn. Không có

Ce n'est pas un hôtel particulièrement grand ou beau, mais il est propre, bien tenu et à un prix raisonnable. Pour moi, c'est plus rassurant qu'une publicité excessive qui ne tient pas ses promesses. L'assistance téléphonique disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7 m'a permis de me sentir en sécurité pendant mon séjour.

• amy (1/5): Awful - Nothing I liked nothing about this property, from the first arrival, me and my young girls group were neglected through any sort of communication, calls and messages were ignored. We arrived at 11:20, as agreed with owner through booking.com messages. Once eventually picking up the call after 20 mins in a dodgy alley full of rats he decided to say that we no longer had our room and there was only room for 2 of us! We had to find last minute booking and felt vulnerable in the streets with all our bags with no where to stay for the night. All we received as an apology were what sounded like automated messages. Do not book.

• Selina (1/5): Cực kỳ tệ - Nothing Phòng bẩn có dán, không có thang máy, phòng quá nhỏ, mình check in xong và cũng đi luôn không ở được mình vẫn thanh toán full tiền chứ cũng không bắt chủ nhà hoàn lại, mình cũng thông báo việc có dán và phòng quá nhỏ không thế ở được, nhưng phía ks không hề có một lời xin lỗi nào cả, chỉ trả lời đúng 1 câu có cần hoàn lại tiền không, mình bảo không và đi luôn, dịch vụ quá tệ.
• Lê Vĩ (10/5): chỗ ở rất tốt, cho 10 điểm, sẽ ghé lại - Chúng tôi ở đây 2 đêm trong chuyến công tác gần khu vực này và thấy vị trí thật sự rất thuận tiện. Buổi sáng có thể dễ dàng tìm chỗ ăn uống hay ghé quán cà phê, khu vực lại sôi động, náo nhiệt nên ở không hề thấy buồn chán. Phòng được bày trí gọn gàng, ga giường sạch sẽ, đầy đủ đồ dùng tắm rửa và vệ sinh cá nhân. Đặc biệt có một chiếc tủ lạnh lớn để đựng đồ uống, buổi tối về hai anh em đồng nghiệp có thể thoải mái ngồi nhâm nhi, trò chuyện.

• Bá (10/5): - Phòng nhỏ nhỏ xinh xinh, sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, có đầy đủ tiện nghi từ máy lạnh, máy sấy tóc đến bếp nấu ăn - đúng kiểu vừa đủ để ở thoải mái mà không thiếu thứ gì. Mình thích nhất là có góc bếp riêng, tiện nấu nướng nhẹ và ngay bên cạnh là chợ địa phương, sáng ra mua đồ tươi sống xong về chế biến liền, cảm giác như ở nhà. Check-in thì siêu dễ, chủ nhà gửi đầy đủ hướng dẫn trước khi tới - chỉ cần xem vài tấm hình và mấy dòng ghi chú là vào ở được ngay, không phải chờ đợi hay gặp ai rườm rà. Chỗ này ở trong khu dân cư nên cảm giác rất gần gũi, sống chung với người địa phương, sáng nghe tiếng rao, chiều ra quán cơm gần nhà ăn tô canh chua đúng kiểu miền Nam - trải nghiệm này với mình là điểm cộng to đùng. Có điểm nhỏ là phòng không rộng lắm, ai mang nhiều đồ thì nên sắp xếp gọn một xíu cho đỡ bí. Không có lễ tân hay dọn phòng mỗi ngày, nhưng thật ra ở như vậy lại thấy riêng tư, tự do, không ai làm phiền. Tóm lại, chỗ này rất hợp cho ai thích không gian riêng, nhẹ nhàng, muốn ở trung tâm nhưng vẫn trải nghiệm được cuộc sống thường ngày của người dân. Ở vài hôm là thấy thân quen như ở nhà.
• Mi (10/5): An toàn, tiện nghi, vs sạch sẽ - Khách sạn vận hành theo mô hình tự check-in, rất tiện lợi, nhanh chóng và không phải chờ đợi xếp hàng ở lễ tân. Phòng tuy không quá lớn nhưng rất sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và đủ tiện nghi để nghỉ ngơi thoải mái. Khách sạn là tòa nhà nhỏ, không có thang máy nên thích hợp nhất với những ai đi gọn nhẹ không mang quá nhiều hành lý, thích hợp cả ngắn và dài ngày. 👉 Tổng thể, đây là một khách sạn nhỏ gọn, sạch sẽ, phù hợp để nghỉ qua đêm hoặc ở ngắn ngày. Điểm cộng lớn là sự tiện lợi của tự check-in, khóa nhiều lớp an toàn cao, không gian riêng tư và vệ sinh được đảm bảo.

• Le (1/5): ai thuê nhớ check tin nhắn booking :D :D - mới xuống sân bay, chủ phòng nhắn tin trên booking tôi ko biết, cần chuyển khoản và chụp hình cccd, tôi tới nơi thì gọi + nt thì chủ, rep lâu, dt sắp sập nguồn và tôi ko đem sạc, còn 1% pin vì phải đợi bạn qua, lỡ vào cổng rồi đi ra ko được, xong chủ phòng có bảo chụp cccd + chuyển khoản, tôi chỉ kịp chuyển khoản và nói cccd tí lên phòng chụp sau, , trc đó kêu lên phòng rồi chụp rồi, nhưng cứ nói chụp chụp gửi qua, tôi bực quá mới kêu mẹ kiếp đã bảo tí lên phòng chụp, xong bị đuổi ra ko cho thuê, lúc đó tầm 8h tối, bay từ chiều đặt xe về khách sạn k có, chờ rất lâu, + bị vậy nữa. ok thôi, tôi đi tìm phòng khác. nghĩ lại cũng ko đáng nhưng thôi đuổi thì đi :)

• Gabriela (5/5): Proceso de Check in Difícil - Este es uno de los alojamientos más baratos que puedes encontrar en Ho Chi Minh. En general el apartamento estaba ok para el precio. Mi consejo en contactar al lugar antes de reservar para saber cómo funciona el proceso de check in. Porque cuando llegué a la propiedad, tuve que contactarlos, luego, todo el proceso lo manejan por WhatsApp. Nunca te dicen que el pago lo debes hacer a través de PayPal. No aceptan el pago con tarjeta y dificultan todo el proceso de pago en general. Como la comunicación en por WhatsApp, no hay manera afectiva de comunicarse. Si estás cansada del viaje, es realmente molesto tener que lidiar con el check in en este lugar. Ojo con las fotografías, ya que muchas de ellas tienen arreglos fotográficos para que luzcan más atractivos. El barrio dónde está ubicado el apartamento es muy muy local. Puede ser abrumador ver tantos restaurantes y puestos callejeros. Ver muchas motos y personas en callejones diminutos. Si vas a tomar un Grab, nunca entrarán directamente a la puerta del alojamiento porque el lugar está ubicado en un callejón que no tiene acceso a los autos. Pensaba que el lugar ofrecía limpieza (tipo hotel) pero esto nunca sucedió en mi estancia. El baño es pequeño. En mi caso, me asignaron un apartamento en un piso 4, las escaleras eran muy pequeñas y yo llevaba una maleta de 25kg. La Sra de la limpieza de los pasillos me tuvo que ayudar a cargar la maleta (esa no es su responsabilidad). Y creo que son cosas que el hotel no considera a la hora de asignar los cuartos. Entonces, calificaría el servicio al cliente como pésimo.

It takes forever for them to respond to you and even when they respond, they never resolve anything. Wrote them on Zalo for weeks to get support regarding my stay at the property but they read and never responded.

• Chandler (10/5): WILL RETURN HERE SOON - Check-in was simple and hassle-free - with just 5 photos and a few notes, you can easily understand everything. All the information is sent by the host before your arrival. If you need cleaning, just message the manager, Ricky, and he’ll arrange someone to come. Otherwise, the room won’t be cleaned to respect each guest’s privacy. The room is small, cute, very clean, and fully equipped. Best of all, it has a kitchen and is located right next to a local market.

• Mark (5/5): Seemed ok once I was able to check in. - Very inexpensive, really fast internet, simple clean room. Check in process was very complicated as the host was not on site and everything was done via WhatsApp. This is not really a hotel but more like renting an apartment. The security was kind of over the top as there was a code to enter and exit the building which would be a fire hazard in many countries.

Great for short stay in District 3. - The room itself is fine; I had the bottom floor room (quadruple) that is accessed directly off the street but is glassed fronted so the curtains have to be kept closed otherwise everyone else coming in through the shutters look in. Everyone that comes into the building uses the corridor next to the room I stayed in so it was quite bright as there is frosted glass separating the room and corridor. Very quiet though apart from the shutter opening and closing. You wouldn’t think you were just off a very busy street! Room itself was clean and tidy with nice towels. Shower worked well. AC worked well and cooled the room down quickly. WiFi was present but did drop out quite a bit. No problem for browsing though. I didn’t ever meet the owners. I didn’t really like the check in process of having to contact them via WhatsApp then put the cash into a safe box - and having to video this and send it even though they were watching on CCTV - it worked and I got in and had the room, but personal preference that I would rather either pay by card prior to arrival via booking, or be met by the owner. I could park a scooter within the building overnight so that was great. And room in the common area to store luggage after checkout. Location was good for District 3. Glad we had scooters to explore the city as District 1 is about 45 minute walk.
• Scott (5/5): Disappointed - Caution required if booking Small Room. For small, think cruise ship or ferry. For 2 people with baggage, use corridor if you want to see the floor. I attach a picture of the porthole window, it doesn’t face out to sea but into the cargo hold. The bed is next to the stairs and you do hear every step that everyone else makes on them. Other rooms probably ok but in case of fire you’re all heading downstairs to the locked door that requires a code to exit Attached also a picture of toilet. I imagine you think you could sit on this normally but in practice, unless you’re a child, you can’t.

You'll have to call them when you get there, and I could not get hold of the person I was in contact with. I found another number and called this person and he was utterly useless, he told me to take a printscreen of my booking to send to him as "i have many properties to managed so i don't know which one you booked". Sorry, you mean Miss Managed? Even though I indicated my arrival time 1900 - 2000, when I arrived, the room was not ready. The worst part is that while i was sleeping, a crockroach crawled across my face!!!

• Sophia (10/5): A lovely place to stay near the old quarter. - The room was perfect for a solo traveler, small but quiant and in no way too small. The water was hot and towels were changed. Hung, the owner was so sweet and kind. Everything was lovely.
• Stephen (9/5): I like this style of accommodation. Rooms clean quiet and efficient - I booked a room w/ balcony - lots of space & excellent value , clean & comfy! A hassle / inconvenience to deal with 3 keypads to get into building and your room . But you get used to it

• Son (7/5): Good - Good location Room wasn’t clean. There was a dirty rag, and the bathroom mat was super dirty. The rag was changed when the room is cleaned, but the bathroom mat was not. Lots of hair on the bedsheet. The bathroom smells really stink
