- Andrea (8/5): - Location was spot on, super convenient to tge ferry and local shops. The property was very clean and spacious. Outdoor couch was clearly broken and not usable. Kitchen missing enough dishwashing tabs and some cleaning products would have helped for wiping up kitchen etc.
- Elyse (6/5): 2 adults 3 kids stay-cation - Location, layout, value, check in & check out process, parking, kitchen stocked very well, toiletry items Master bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable, one couch chair was broken, the other two were extremely uncomfortable, outdoor couch broken too. Floors very dirty, especially the balcony.

A huge list of issues was sent via email 3 times during our stay - including photos. We still have not received a response!

Layout of unit great
Great access to secure parking
Two zone aircon system Arrived and main bed had dirty sheets with stains and hairs - sheets obviously not been cleaned. We washed sheets and bed cover along with pillowcases and by time clear and dry it was 3am.
Dishwasher was full of dirty mouldy cups, glasses, plates and cutlery and had a foul mouldy odour.
Patio had obviously not been cleaned with sticky substance/ residue on the floor and just generally dirty.
Window to second bedroom was not able to be closed as winder missing
Sent messages to site manager and very dissatisfied with response.
Marketed as superb but failed to deliver. Not healthy to be presented with dirty (stained sheets and bedding), not healthy to have a dishwasher that obviously has been sitting dirty for a long period full of mould and dirty dishes. Not acceptable that response stated dishwasher not included in “kitchen with modern appliances” particularly when dishwasher powder supplied. Not acceptable that we had to wash said dirty and mouldy dishes for our use.

- Kathryn (7/5): Good - Fabulous location, just a short stroll to the supermarket, and high street and park. High street has great range of restaurants/take away outlets, a movie theatre and a nice park. Apartment has large sliding doors onto a decent size balcony with pleasant view across to Brisbane city. Nice facilities and decor. 3pm is quite a late check-in time compared to other places we have stayed internationally. To make matters worse when we arrived just after 3 and accessed the property, it hadnt been cleaned/serviced since the last occupancy. Took absolutely ages trying to get hold of someone to talk to at the management company and we had to leave and wait until 4:30 to get in. Not a great start to our trip. Master bedroom is closest to a carpark and the high street and gets noise very early from delivery & rubbish trucks so if you're a light sleeper, dont expect a decent sleep in.

- Andrew (5/5): Passable - Location can't be faulted. Number of beds met our needs. No bath plug rendered the bath unusable. Kitchen sink plug didn't seal so couldn't wash things up that shouldn't go in a dishwasher, which meant we couldn't cook dinner in the kitchen. These issues were raised during the stay, but no action taken. Indeed staff did not respond to messages until morning of departure.
Toilet seat in ensuite was loose. Well below expectations for more than $400 a night.

- Jen (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, wonderful area, the patio with full surround opening doors was wonderful. Kitchen well equipped. Local restaurants and neighbourhood were lovely. Very disappointed that we were told we would be able to secure a parking permit for a second vehicle, only to find out on arrival this was not possible. Cost us an additional $50 in parking fees to use the adjacent parking area. Hot water heater not very adequate for a group.

The location was fantastic, easy walk to catch the ferry into the city, great cafes and shops around.

- Sean (8/5): Second time we've stayed at this property as the unit is comfortable and in a great location. - Apartment was much cleaner this visit under the current managing agents and all the small but useful amenities were provided (dishwashing items, washing powder, toiletries, tea/coffee). Great location with easy access to supermarket and restaurants/cafes in Oxford St. While we were informed in advance of arrival the dishwasher wasn't working, we found the oven wasn't working either when attempting to use it.
