- Federico (6/5): Bien, pero mejorable las prestaciones de la vivienda y sobre todo los que la administran. - La ubicación La casa es bonita y amplia, los electrodomésticos están muy bien. La piscina climatizada no funcionaba, ni funcionó en todo el fin de semana. El personal que alquila la casa no conoce la vivienda ni las características o forma de funcionamiento de la casa, dado que no son los dueños. - Las luces de la vivienda no funcionaron hasta las 21:00 dado que estaban desconectadas, el chico fue a ayudarnos pero no tenía idea de cómo ponerlas y casi tiene que llamar un electricista. - La caldera estaba apagada y no funcionó el primer día y hasta la mitad del segundo, por lo que nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría hasta entonces. - La piscina climatizada no funcionó durante todo el fin de semana, nos prometieron que el agua calentaba lentamente pero nunca llegó a calentar. Nos atendieron las llamadas y acudían al llamarlos pero al final estuvimos llamándolos todo el fin de semana. Se realizó reclamación formal a booking pero no se han hecho cargo. En fin, si van a la casa, asegúrense que todo funciona antes al hacer el check in.
