• Rebecca (7/5): Nice enough place, just don't bother paying for early check-in. You will be disappointed - It was very fancy looking The communication from the hosts wasn't great when I had an issue. However, they had no problems messaging about anything that they were concerned about
• Meaghan (10/5): Very lovely apartment great for a short (or long) holiday. - The location is easy and highly accessible for transport (bus station and Uber pick up), the woolies across the road makes getting snacks cheap and easy, loads of yummy restaurants just there. There is no noise in the apartment from traffic (except sirens), was a lovely stay. Google maps does not like the address very much, and the fridge was alittle mucky.
• Joanna (8/5): Comfortable, good location. - We had a pleasant stay, large bedroom with a comfortable bed. Fairly quiet due to good soundproofing, can still hear a few loud trucks & cars. Appreciated the air-conditioning in the main living area & bedroom. On-site parking a bonus. Supermarket across the road. There is a Vietnamese restaurant downstairs that makes a delicious beef & noodle pho, so fresh & tasty. We enjoyed our walks by the Cooks River. We found an outdoor courtyard that was a surprise on level 4 with seating & trees, turn left as you come out of the elevator. Some more detailed instructions on where to first park to find the letter boxes would be helpful. Property is listed as non-smoking but can definitely smell cigarette smoke when you walk in. We couldn't access the balcony as the doors were locked & no key provided. Contacted Made Comfy, who it's managed by, they said they would look into it but didn't hear anything further. There was a small cockroach in the kitchen at night. Windows need a good clean.
• say ong (4/5): Facilities more than adequate except for the gotwater and gas stove issues. - Not applicable hotwater inoperative for the first day. Gas stove inoperative till the last day.
• Myfanwy (10/5): Absolute gem of a find on booking.com - The thoughtful gestures such as washing powder, shampoo etc. and the tea/coffee and milk on arrival were greatly appreciated! The bed was super comfy, beyond any other bed I have stayed in at a hotel! The place was very clean, welcoming and cosy! Myself and the Uber driver had some difficulty locating the building, some additional instructions such as ‘opposite Woolworths’ would be very helpful! Once we located the correct building and saw the letter boxes it was smooth sailing!

• Hazel (9/5): - It was a smart apartment, clean and tidy, everything was in working order and the bed was comfy. There was unfortunately the smell of old cigarette smoke that must be infused in the furniture / walls. It wasn’t over-powering as such but it wouldn’t be ideal if someone really couldn’t stand the smell at all.

• Nikhat (9/5): Nice Stay - Location was good. Big bedroom and nice setting of the apartment. Feel like they need to change the sofa as it was a little worn out and outdated. Found a cockroach in the kitchen at night, maybe needs a good clean up internally.
• Amy (9/5): Great place to stay - Great location if you are not keen to stay in city, supermarket just opposite, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, nearby bus commute to train station which is currently under construction A tad noisy but the place is fully sound proof
• Mohammed (10/5): Amazing place! - It had everything you could ask for! Would reccomend staying here. Apartment was fine there was a smell of smoke/tobacco lingering in the apartment as you enter but goes away when aired out
• Ivor (5/5): The cigarette odour spoilt our stay. We cannot recommend this apartment if you are a non-smoker. - Location to station, supermarket and chemist was convenient. Apartment was spacious. Allocated parking spot was appreciated. The apartment smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and airing the apartment didn’t help. All the soft furnishings, chairs, bed head etc. were permeated with the odour of cigarettes.
• Paul (9/5): Would book this again. Booking was easy and contact with MadeComfy was simple and prompt. - Comfortable bed, apartment was clean and well equiped. We did not cook but there appeared to be ample utensils if you chose to cook.
• Ching (10/5): clean, easy, comfy and good location - help desk person was very patient guiding me through check in from the photo instructions that I was not sure what to do. slightly complicated when no face-to-face assistance, but it was ok to get through
• Braeden (10/5): Stunning apartment in a super convenient location! - Loved style and feel of the apartment. The only negative was that it did smell like cigarette smoke, not sure if the previous occupants were smokers, but it was a little overpowering and we found it didn’t go away even after having the doors open for some fresh air.
