Lage besonders bei Anreise mit dem Auto ideal: kaum Stadtverkehr bis Einfahrt Tiefgarage und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur U3, die einen ohne Umstieg zum Stephansplatz bringt. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Beim TV nur YouTube möglich, kein Senderempfang.

Lili Anna (10/5): Perfect stay in a modern, spotless and fully equipped flat with an ideal location, easy check-in. - We had an absolutely amazing stay at this accommodation and couldn’t recommend it more. The location was ideal, very close to the bus station, tram, and metro, which made getting around incredibly easy. It was also within walking distance of a concert venue, which was especially convenient for us and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and the host was extremely kind and helpful. Communication through the Booking app was quick and easy. The flat itself exceeded all expectations. It was exceptionally well-equipped with everything you might need, including a coffee machine, washing machine, and even a dishwasher. The furniture was modern and stylish, and everything felt new and very well maintained. Cleanliness was absolutely spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single negative thing to mention, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and beautifully maintained place. Im Erdgeschoss an der Ecke hat ein kleines Kaffee eröffnet wo man frühstücken kann und leckeren Kaffee genießen kann. Das man keine 2te Karte hatte

Location was good: although it is not in the center, the public transportation was good and there were several options to get to the center. The apartment is actually a single large room, partially divided into two rooms by a small wall and two lateral curtains. For us was not a problem, but for others might be.

The kitchen had so many things that were so helpful like coffee pods, washing detergent etc Shower was amazing. Just note google maps tells you it's 15 minutes walk to ubahn but it takes you the long way there is a much shorter way in 5 mins.

Debora (9/5): Week end lungo a Vienna in famiglia - Ottima posizione in zona residenziale di nuova costruzione molto tranquilla. Vicinanza di un panificio fornitissimo. Fermata di treno e tram (puntualissimi) a 10 minuti di cammino. Struttura pulitissima, tutto come da foto. C'è stato un disguido sul numero di persone prenotare ma nell'appartamento c'era una coperta ed un cuscino aggiuntivi e quindi abbiamo risolto senza problemi. Noi ci siamo fermati 3 notti in famiglia per visitare le principali attrazioni di Vienna ed è stato molto confortevole. Consigliato. Niente

Atalay (10/5): - Öncelikle 10 günlük orta avrupa turumuzda en memnun kaldığımız konaklamanın burası olduğunu söyleyerek başlamak istiyorum. Girişimizinden çıkışımıza kadar keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Viyana ana tren garından 18 hattı ile son durakta inip yaklaşık 7-8 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olan, gözlemlediğim kadarıyla öğrencilerin bölgesinde bulunan yeni ve tertemiz bir yapı içerisinde kalıyorsunuz. İlk olarak resepsiyonda bir form dolduruyoruz. Ardından akıllı anahtarımız ile odamıza giriş yapıyoruz. Ailem ile 3 gece konakladığımız bu yerden gayet memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Soti (8/5): - The building was modern, and the room was spacious and comfortable for four people. Overall, the quality of the stay was very good, and the room was well equipped. Access to the accommodation was easy, following the instructions we were given. on Wednesday evening, while taking a shower, we noticed that water was leaking out of the shower area and reached the kitchen, as the shower door does not seal properly at the floor. By the time we realized this, it was already too late. We contacted the property immediately, but we were informed that there was no one available at that time to assist us.The following day, a technician came to check the issue, but the problem was not resolved. Later, the cleaning staff brought us many towels to help manage the situation, but the bathroom itself was not cleaned. the location is about a 10-minute walk from all public transportation options, which can be somewhat inconvenient, especially in cold weather.

Marta (10/5): Absolutní spokojenost - Apartmán byl super. Je v nově postavené luxusní koleji, která je 10 minut pěšky od autobusového nádraží VIB a metra Erdberg. Billa a Hofer jsou také cca 10 minut, kousek je to k Belvederu. Apartmán je excelentně vybavený vč. pračky, myčky, kávovaru aj. Postele jsou pohodlné, topení topí, koupelna je funkční, teče horká voda, prostě není co vytknout. K dispozici je i balkón. Jen okolí směrem k VIB není krásné, ale to vůbec nevadí. Trošku vázla komunikace s recepcí, která je otevřená omezeně, tak si dejte pozor na časy, kdy si musíte vyzvednout klíče.
