• Laith (8/5): As pictured, good location, easy parking - Looked as pictured (albeit not as bright) with plenty of onstreet parking- usually I had to parallel park. The apartment was clean and tidy with good airconditioning. The kitchen and bathroom are ever so slightly dated but both function well.

• Siobhan (6/5): Pretty but mouldy - The apartment was styled nicely. The location was near the river, which was nice. It was quiet. Mould issue in bathroom and aircons. All three aircons were mouldy and dirty. We couldn’t use them as it’s a health issue. It was 33 degrees one day and the apartment has no fans so it was an issue. Bathroom also has mould round silicon in bath and mildew on tiles. It’s a shame as it is letting the apartment down to not have the basic level of health and cleanliness that you would hope for in a nice looking apartment like this.
