- Amy (2/5): Location is good, parking difficult, management were not very responsive and the apartment smelt of body odour. - Location The apartment smelt of body odour and when the issue was raised with staff they ignored my request. We had to purchase pillows as the ones provided were dirty, and the bedding stunk.
- Jenny (9/5): Great accommodation - requires personal data to be uploaded online - Great location, comfortable, nice view, great communication, parking provided, and great amenities. Overall, the accommodation was excellent. The accommodation was perfect, but I didn't like the amount of personal data I needed to confirm my booking in the portal they use. It requires a lot of sensitive personal data, including a selfie, drivers license, and credit card. The booking is cancelled if you don't provide this information. I would have accepted the cancellation, but this room was for my father, which made it even more complicated. These websites always claim they are secure, but that doesn't comfort me when data breaches are so common.
- Adam (2/5): Very poor - The entire lead up, every single interaction was horrible . I spent 50 dollars chasing the keys from a remote location which wasn't open when. It was supposed to be . Accommodation ok nothing special Thx hosts
- Janet (7/5): Great room. Key collection horrible - Pick up location for keys was several kilometres away- this would be horrible for late flights. No extra instructions given with keys such as room number. QR code scratched off. Room was nice but would not book again purely because of running around to pick up and drop off keys

- Leeca (10/5): Stay was awesome, key collection and drop off a nightmare. - Location, security, very quiet, fantastic views and comfort. Key collection and drop off process was terrible. Did not account for people travelling with luggage and using public or paid transport having to go to 2 different locations or not advised of an alternative process for key drop off for early checkout. When called the office, only solution was to return back to the property and leave keys in there and unlocked. I had to drag my luggage back through town back to the apartment.
- Charissa (7/5): Great apartment outside city but poorly informed and unhelpful hosts - All items needed for a self contained stay provided. Apartment has nice amenities and is conveniently located to shops. Hosts at Madecomfy were very unhelpful and promised to follow up on questions they never did. Very inconveniently located lockbox to collect keys from. Instructions for carpark lot are also incorrect; car park is an absolute maze and lot very difficult to get to.
- Eleanor (6/5): Lovely property but logistically very difficult to stay at. - The unit was clean and comfortable with a great view and good amenities. The process to collect the keys was very difficult, particularly given I was carrying my luggage and it was raining. The keys are in a very inconspicuous and random location and are a fair distance from the property. Also, the parking garage was very difficult to navigate too. Despite following the directions, finding the particular car bay was very difficult and I ended up parking in the street instead.
