• Gintare (7/5): - Lokacija puiki Kriauklės visos kemšasi,vos pradėjus leisti vandenį. Apartamentuose nėra arbatos, cukraus, kavos aparate viena kapsulė buvo palikta. Pats kavos aparatas sunkiai veikia. Apartamentuose yra vienas šaukštelis arbatai, bet apartamente gali apsistoti 4 žmonės.
• Timothy (4/5): Pretty apartment, great location, many issues. - Fantastic location and very pretty apartment. Firstly, communication prior to our arrival was poor. I contacted the accomodation the day before check-in to confirm details regarding parking and a few other things and we received no response. This lack of support was disappointing and set a negative tone for our stay. (By the way there is absolutely no parking available, we ended up having to pay €25 per day for parking. Secondly, upon entering the apartment, we noticed several issues: • The toilets, sinks, and shower were unclean. • Some soap dispensers were empty. • All drains, including sinks and shower, were blocked. I believe there is major plumbing problems. For example, the shower would overflow within 30–60 seconds, making it nearly impossible to use. • The kitchen lacked essential amenities such as tea towels, oil, pepper, and other basic cooking necessities, which made preparing meals very difficult. • There was a major fight happening with the cleaners next door during our stay, yelling, screaming, throwing objects and this left some of the people in our group terrified to be at the property and ruining our experience. • If safety is a priority, then this probably isn’t the place for you as the electric codes to get all the way into your apartment are very generic.
