• Markus Mittendorfer (1/5): - Das Hotel entspricht ganz und garnicht der Beschreibung. Die Zimmer sind verdreckt, heruntergekommen und voller Schimmel. Die Treppen zum Zimmer sind einsturzgefährdet und im Zimmer war ein Loch in der Decke, wo man das Tageslicht sehen konnte. Leider war auch das Personal nicht entgegenkommend, sodass wir auf unseren Kosten (bid jetzt) sitzengeblieben sind. Gäbe es Sterne im Minusbereich, wäre das eher angebracht. Leider totaler reinfall

Iniziando dal nome non reale tanto che anche il taxi(di qua)ha avuto difficoltà ad individuare la posizione Sono arrivata e la camera non era disponibile ma io avevo sia la conferma che il pagamento Per una grazia divina due ragazzi stavano facendo il check out nel momento in cui siamo arrivati e ci hanno rimpiazzato quindi la loro camera Letto disfatto e sicuramente tutto tranne che pulito(ho chiesto altre lenzuola e ho rifatto il letto per quanto possibile) Water completamente lercio per non dire altro Nella doccia presenti ragnetti e capelli Potrei continuare all'inifinito La mattina seguente procedendo con il check out mi viene addebitato il costo di 1 caffe e 1 snack mattutino di 550 bath Non contenti nell'attesa del taxi quindi liberi dal quell'orrore la receptionist ci insegue chiedendoci il pagamento dell'intera camera ovvero altri 2500 bath perché a detta sua il pagamento noj era stato effettuato Morale della favola è tutto un imbroglio Non ci andate mai.❤️

• Maria (10/5): I had nothing to complain about. Air con was great, pool was great, staff were lovely - The location was great. The staff were friendly and kind and helpful. Rooms were clean. Value for money. I would stay here again. The pool was clean.

• Diana (5/5): Passable - Availability of kitchen and kitchen utensils (plates, knifes, glases, etc.) was a pluss, but this all was also a little bit unclean, so we didn't use it. There was a kettle & refrigirator in the room. TV was not working, Cleanliness was not the best, very dirty windows, old dirt under beds, the overall state of the apartment was a little tired, there were some repair works happening in the pool during our visit and it felt that the water was not desinfected at all, but pool design was cute + chairs niear the pool was super cosy . More intension to cleaning issues & some small repair works for broked items + also a possability to switch in small light in the evening could help to reach better visitors experience for sure, because the place is cute and is located in quite good place - not far from Central street to the Beach. Bolt taxi to Beach (Patong) costed us ~ 200 baht.
