- Hiroyuki (8/5): - 部屋は清潔で広い。ガラス壁でトイレとシャワー部分が分かれており、洗面台も別で設置されているので使いやすかった。 スタッフも親切。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれた。 中心街から歩くのは少し大変。ただしタクシーで移動しても安い。

- Thian Chang (9/5): Comfy room and good location - Location is great with access to many attractions nearby. Walking distance to a small mall, KFC, and McDonalds. Comfy room and super polite and helpful staff. Free snacks at lobby for hotel guests. Only 1 small lift and sometimes need to wait for a bit more. Soundproofing was not the best and noise from other rooms can be heard slightly but they do provide earplugs FOC.

- Gary (3/5): - Convenient to all places The bed is not clean. My mother in law got bitten by not sure bed bugs or some kind of insects. She found rashes on her neck and shoulder. Went to see doctor the next day.
- Carlo (8/5): - Ottimo staff, pronto a supportarti. Abbiamo avuto problemi con dei vicini di stanza troppo chiassosi che impedivano di riposare e ci hanno spostato al penultimo piano. Ottima colazione gratis: l’hotel non dispone di colazione ma offre bevande calde, toast, latte e cereali, frutta e altri piatti tipici. Posizione non ottimale, di fronte alla strada principale, che è molto rumorosa. Insonorizzazione esterna non ottimale, si sentivano bambini urlare dalla strada.

- airayaya (8/5): - free snacks at the lobby, while they last. clean room. public ironing (steam iron) next to the elevator. The towel dries fast. feel safe because every guest needs to scan their room card to enter the elevator lobby. The room is not soundproof, can hear everyone walking and talking while they're near the door. Soap in the bathroom is not so good, it doesn't make me feel clean, probably cheap soap. The hot drinks machine is not available throughout the day, only during breakfast. Diana Mall next door is literally dead, nothing much to see or do. no dresser, only 1 wall-mounted clothes hanger next to the bed/sofa.

There's a washing machine & dryer for use outside of the hotel lobby which is good for long stays. The hotel is also situated in a convenient location. There's a KFC, McDonalds and shopping centre right beside the hotel. Walls are a little thin. Noise from the corridors are able to permeate the room.

There is a coffe - The room is super clean, the toilet is absolutely clean, the extra sofa bed is useful for a group of 4 people. The mattress is not so firm and the pillows are hard. The windows are at the toilet area.

Detalles que quiero destacar: tienen una lavadora a su disposición gratis! Si, es solo una, pero posibilidad de lavar tu ropa y secarla mientras estás allí me pareció perfecta, aparte que la lavadora es nueva y muy moderna. También desayuno y los snacks a tu disposición gratis! Viajábamos con un niño y tienen una mesita en la entrada con juegos y 2 vivos para los pequeños. A lo mejor no hay mucho espacio para caminar por allí, pero posibilidad de que tu hijo tenga algo de actividad o juegos es un top para mi. Muy recomendable el sitio.

The hotel also provide simple snacks which can fill you up before you start your day. Clean room, cold aircond for a hot day, comfortable bed. I dont really hear any noises from outside of the room, and the staff are friendly too! None
