• rigby (1/5): Just terrible - Nothing Would like if the apartments were clean
• Aishling (1/5): - We contacted the management company the day after checking in to report a very strong, unpleasant odor throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, this issue was never addressed during our stay. In addition, there is a very large dog in the neighboring apartment that barked constantly throughout the night and as early as 5:00am, making it extremely difficult to sleep. The listing photos were also clearly staged and appear photoshopped. They do not accurately reflect the actual condition, wear, and tear of the apartment, which was disappointing and misleading. Most frustrating was the complete lack of communication from the management company. Despite reaching out multiple times, we received no response at all during our stay. The only time they replied was the night before checkout, and that was only after I messaged to say we were leaving a bad review due to the lack of communication and our dissatisfaction. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, misleading photos, unresolved issues, and an uncomfortable environment made this stay not worth the price. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it.
• Zara (9/5): Home away from home, loved it. - It had everything I needed and more and the staff were very responsive. I would just say that if you are arriving late at night and have been on a long haul flight you need to prepare yourself for the key lock situation , it’s not a criticism it’s just inconvenient when you are tired and maybe staff could number the key locks so I knew which one specifically as it wasn’t 100% clear from the instructions / pictures to me.

• Dot (10/5): Quiet and cosy space to enjoy the St. Kilda atmosphere. - I loved having the outside courtyard, washer and dryer. The location was perfect. Could have been better cooking utensils. The sachets for dishwashing liquid are fiddly and plastic. Please provide a pair of scissors to open. A dishwasher would be extremely useful.
• Clare (10/5): Budget Friendly! - Minutes away to take the tram to the city. It's got everything you need for a short stay. Easy and accessible for the self-check in instructions. Overall a very beautiful place all around! Thanks again!🙂 Keys would've been provided for the bathroom window and to allow fresh air to come in and not rely on the exhaust fan. Noisy dog next door but managed to sleep back. The seats outside were outdated and it was risky to sit.
• Corina (10/5): Your perfect little home away from home - Such a cozy little place on a quiet street with big trees and a blackbird singing all day long. The appartment is beautifully decorated and gave us the feeling of a real home to retire to after our busy city adventures. Everything you need is there, even if you want to cook. We loved having breakfast out on the private patio. The only downside was the locked windows in the bedroom and bathroom, with no keys available. Two pepole sleeping in a small space without oxygen can be rather uncomfortable.
• Sussan (9/5): Superb - Bed super comfy. Apartment nicely appointed. Not having access to free to air TV was weird. Tried fixing but watched netflix instead. Apartment is delightful. Unfortunately some of the neighbours are quite loud .
