• Jasmin (10/5): Easy check-in, great location with everything you need. - It was spacious and has everything you need. Very modern and comfortable. Check-in was easy and you are given step-by step instructions with pictures on how to get the keys and enter the property. Very organised.
• Kylie (9/5): - Fabulous spot, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Really need to find somewhere closer to collect the keys from. The Ezymart is 600 metres from the flat, and there is nowhere to park to collect keys.

• Darren (7/5): - Location was awesome and the flat was very nice for a one or two person party Room was not ready at 430 pm and paperwork said it should of been available at 3 pm. When asking for an extra hour for check out there was no discussion just a simple no. Also didn't explain how the keys worked to get into the building, that needs to be in the instructions.
• Sarah (9/5): Grea place to stay. Would definitely stay again. - Great property in a great location. Public transport right at your door. Close to pubs, restaurants, sporting and shopping. Has all household items needed to make your stay more comfortable. Collection of keys and drop off of keys. No information given in regards to fob/remote to be used for the lift, front door and parking roller door.

• JIEUN (7/5): - The location is excellent. I booked the stay for 7 days, but due to their policy, only one towel per person was provided. I planned to wash and reuse it, however the washing machine had a strong moldy smell and there was visible mold inside. It felt unhygienic, so I couldn’t use it at all. During the week, I had to hand-wash only essential items, and I wasn’t able to wash larger clothes. If I had known this in advance, I wouldn’t have booked this place. Picking up and returning the key requires additional time and effort

• Cat (6/5): - Great location. Ideal with included parking spot. Bed was comfortable Felt like we were staying in a bachelor pad, was missing some homely touches. No handsoap in bathroom or kitchen which was not ideal or hygienic. Hotel samples of soap were provided but ran out quickly cos we were using it to wash hands as well. Air con did not work which was not ideal in bedroom as there is no window and the air con is the only ventilation. Extra bath towels would have been useful as the bottom of the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor causing the bath mat to get saturated very quickly

• Julie (4/5): Because of the noise, we have rated the property poorly. - The location was excellent for what we were in Melbourne to do. Attend Centrepiece. The air conditioner made a loud noise on and off all night intermittently, We thought is could be the compressor as it turned on and off, but were not sure. This was worse when it was hotter, but did not stop overnight, when the weather cooled The noise was so bad, it prevented us sleeping. Because of this, we are very disappointed in the accommodation and will not stay there again.

• Michael (2/5): I wouldn’t recommend this. See my full review… - Good position The instructions at booking tell you the keys are available at the property. They are not. It is a 15-30 minute walk up the hill past Chinatown into the centre of the town to pick the keys up. I had to leave my wife with our bags outside in the cold whilst I did this. I informed the property and had a “we told you this on an email we sent you two days ago” response and no apology. Whoever owns this property is being let down my the team they have asked to manage it. When we managed to access the property there were only two large towels. I requested a third as my wife likes to use two towels herself and was told this would be a $70 fee. The property was not that clean, the. Toilet was dirty and the sink not cleaned.

• Yat (6/5): Convenient location with pleasant environment. - Location is very convenient. Netflix is great. The shower is not tightly holding water in, very troublesome to deal with the water on the floor. Suggest to add the plastic rim for the shower door to hold water in.

Very comfortable, I couldn't hear any neighbours and it was close to a supermarket a few doors away. The location, property and parking were excellent, however it was overshadowed by the utter frustration with collection of the keys 900m away in an extremely busy part of the city with road works and no available parking. Having to pay for parking blocks away from the pick up location was beyond annoying, then to be told that the online check out instructions were incorrect, and that I had to repeat the drop, off blew my mind. The property was very comfortable but I was extremely angry by the check in and out process.

• Conal (7/5): Fantastic location, other things average. - This property is all about the location!! It’s in a great location, convenient for everything. The arrangement for collecting keys is not good, particularly when coming from the airport with suitcases. Don’t expect to use the balcony either….

• Barry (9/5): Great location and all the amenities in the apartment that were - Location to all that Melbourne had to offer, all we needed for a short stay 11 minute walk to the Ezymart for pickup and drop off of keys, there was a closer Ezymart that Lonsdale street. No dryer which would be a nuisance in winter, as we only used it for towels but wouldn’t be hard to add a washer/ dryer combo
