Guest Reviews
- Shawn (9/5): - Great location. Convenient for food etc. Pay for parking.

- Kimberley (1/5): Poor management & fold out sofa for a bed - Close to the Markets. One bedroom had a nice king bed that was comfortable. The property managers are difficult to deal with. You pick up the keys from a bottle shop and return them. If you check out before 10am and need to catch a plane, train etc. No one is available or no key lock box to drop off. The unit door doesn't lock unless you lock it with the key. The 2nd "Bedroom" is the most appalling bed. It's a fold out couch that doesn't sit up off the floor and is so uncomfortable. My child couldn't sleep on it. I feel disappointed by the Management. Made comfy could certainly do better. They advertise cable TV etc but even a tech savvy teenager couldn't get anything other than the basics. Made comfy had not stated that if you check out before 10am. That there is nowhere to leave the keys and insited I 'lock' them inside the unit that doesn't lock without the key. Very poor management. No accountability or optional early check out instructions. I would have thought about staying again but the added stress and financial strain this put on us. The lack of an actual Bed. Way too overpriced.
- MIRAHMAD MOUSAVISHALMANI (10/5): I don't usually comment on things like this. My wife usually gives her opinion. But we were really c - For me, the location was great.

- Oranuch (2/5): Bad Experience with MadeComfy Team - Only Location 1.Wifi
We stayed there for 7 days and contacted them every single day because we couldn't use the Wi-Fi. AGAIN, the MadeComfy Team didn't solve the real problem until we managed to contact the owner ourselves. But we had to buy an Australian SIM card just to be able to contact the owner directly. This was a really bad experience dealing with the MadeComfy Team. The owner of the property was good — they finally solved the problem, but it took 5 days, and we could only use the Wi-Fi for 1–2 days before we checked out.
2.The day we return Key
On the day we needed to return the key, the shop was closed. One day before our check-out date, we sent a message via Booking.com and received a reply from The MadeComfy Team to reconfirm the key return location. However, when we arrived at the shop where we were supposed to return the key, it was closed. We had to wait for one hour and had to contact the owner ourselves. The MadeComfy Team was completely useless and extremely ignorant. They kept replying to our messages insisting that the shop was open, while I was standing in front of the closed shop for one hour. It was so frustrating and made me really angry. When we left the property, MadeComfy finally realized the situation and offered us 30 AUD for Uber — but it was too late, I had already left. I feel like the way they tried to solve the problem was unprofessional and not sincere at all.
